I just hope Zijin and the same detractors we have been dealing with have not approached MMCS or even funded this next attempt to delay the project. I would not put it past them to get Cominiere to deliberately lose the case (ie not turn up or similar) and give up entry into the Dathcom joint venture, where MMCS/Zijin then may have an arrangement in place. For example Zijin funds MMCS but then get a percentage of whatever they manage to steal from the project.

Yes very true, maybe that was rescinded once a 6yr old did the heavy lifting for her, hence why MMCS are now going to ICC.

What a tangled spider-web that has been spun here, this situation could be made so much easier if Zijin just adhered to what they agreed to do at that fabled meeting with Cominiere and MOP Infront of the cameras and fucked off.

Would not surprise me if around the time they 'rescinded' a deal was struck with AJN to buy our northern tenement, MOP, AJN and Zijin with Mupande all thinking they got it in the bag. Certainly some moving sands here

Not sure if that refers to Mwamba Misao Athanase (CEO / Managing Director of Cominiere)

The IGF Report was forwarded to the office of the Attorney General at the Court of Appeal (in Gombe) more than ten weeks ago.

Rose Kiese (DRC Minister of Justice) office is in Gombe. She is pictured below…. She appears to be another of Prime Minister Jean Michel Sama Lukonde Kyenge corrupt co-conspirators

Rose Mutombo Kiese is a DR Congo lawyer and politician. She is national president of the Permanent Consultative Framework for Congolese Women. In 2021 she was appointed Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals in the Lukonde government.

You know what amazes me is all this absolute Bulshit reading between the lines and all the very diligent researchers. That all wanted to save the DRC from CORRUPTION for fucks sakes this is the gig in these countries. The world will still spin around with CORRUPTION and over decades it will all come good. Look at Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines Thailand Vietnam ezdekastan Qatar uae I mean I can't be fucked with any more. I'm pretty sure u get the drift . Cong should have been payed 12 months ago. Call it an extension to the contract. And all this bulshit would have disappeared. But ho no all these puritan smart people wanted to save the drc from corruption. In 5 to 10 years corruption will be sorted though progress not some poxy company called avz. Jesus christ half these pricks haven't even got a fuck passport let alone worked one. Said from the start just play THE FUCKING GAME. Seriously not that fucking hard.

AJN were always going to flip their percentage of the northern tenement to Zijin if they got it. As if they would mine it.

Is there anyone in govt that isn't a lackey of Lukonde ? And why the hell is it the Presidents sister reminding ministers of what they should be doing as a matter of course . If FT can cancel a deal with CREC-7 (China) , why is he not telling Zijin to disappear

Back to the serious discussion here I'm not going to quote all the replies but in response to @obe wan , @Onthefm and @Carlos Danger RE: the northern section split my thought that's come from your posts over the last 24 hours is this...

IF there was some type of deal struck between us and Cominiere (whether through deception from them or not) that for us to gain the ML we need to split the tenement into Southern section for PE and Northern as a PR due to where we have/haven't done enough work to qualify it for a mineable resource and we then reapply for the PR on the northern section. Wouldn't this mean that, tying back in with the contract type paperwork part of this:

The ML has been granted and the tenement 'split' on the above basis otherwise there would be no seperate Northern section for AJN/King Kunt Klaus (no I'm not going to shorten that nickname btw) to apply for? Surely the awarding of the ML would be the equivalent of the deal being signed sealed and delivered thus creating the seperate tenement?

Let's say it's a block of land you were sub dividing, you apply to split it in two but before the council has even approved to the sub division another developer comes in and starts applying for DA on a section that technically doesn't even exist yet...

I'm not even going to go into the corruption side of it but another point to make would be how did AJN/King Kunt even know that there was going to be a tenement coming up for grabs that doesn't exist yet surely there is some type of confidentiality component to ML application's until they are approved/declined that has been breached.
