The 2.081 to 'Dathcom' is a euphemism for Cominiere since they currently own the other 25% that we don't

The reason it is structured this way is so we can try and claim the 1.093 for violation of the FROR from the DRC when Cominiere inevitably refuse to pay if we need to go the enforcement route but it's a double dip mathematically speaking

But the gringos will not give a single fuck about our FROR dispute with Cominiere and will only look at the fact that we currently own 75%

And no matter what there will be tax involved it's a certainty just like going into the light

At the end of the day management won't put anything to a vote unless it is 'worthy' and they accept it so if that amount is $6b USD and Pei wants to have a cry about it then I will laugh thinking about him voting for MMGA and I'll be right here to tell anyone that wants to vote against the bod and with the paper dragons to shut the fuck up

Total fines listed in the ICC case against Cominiere add up to USD 9.418 billion which equals AUD 13.31 billion or AUD 3.77 per share

A fair result would be a US partnership takeover getting the ML for the complete payment to us of all Cominiere’s fines. Of course you know that I spent a lot of my youth ingesting magic mushrooms so I sometimes come with the perspective of an alternate reality.
