Honestly the fact that they even bothered to release this makes me wonder if they're already angling for another cap raise.
Might not be a bad thing since the pump and dump after the last raise resulted in the best share price in years!

I really hope it does convert into action in 2026 as they've both stated.
We just (still) need that one solid company making announcement to convince the market it's not all fairy tales.
I'd like to see whatever conditions attached to this 'in principle' funding agreement met in short order (within weeks) and not dragging out for more months/years on end. It's bloody frustrating they just can't seem to achieve that solid commitment that it's going to take for the market to take all this bluster seriously.

Some of the details around the Drive35 funding are highlighted
Dependency on further evidence of co-funding is the critical and difficult part to achieve
Also noted the timeframe indicated as 3-4 months so we've still got a bit of waiting around potentially
Personally I hope they don't cap raise if possible to avoid further dilution but "onerous" debt funding also has it's own inherent downside

I'm not sure I'd be too opposed to a raise myself. They're pissing through multiple millions and raising umpteen times over the course of years anyway.
Fucking raise something substantial and get one of these operations up and running instead of pissing around accomplishing sweet fuck all for years on end.

No discussion whatsoever about the content of the announcement or how it can be interpreted
I really struggle to see it as a positive announcement
From what I read into it we've had to appoint 2 additional "strategic advisors" because I suspect nothing has significantly progressed anywhere
Cash burn just increased is all I see there
Timbo's relocating to Belfast to oversee the "development" of the "commercial" plant apparently
I would have though if the "demo" plant had been confirmed as locked in and confirmed as going "commercial" there would have been a seperate full-on, guns blazing, shout it from the fucking roof tops announcement about it!!!

Reading the announcement I've come to a similar conclusion.
Market disinterest seems to be confirmed as well. Funny enough the price went up the couple of trading days prior to this announcement which also seems to be a trend.
It reeks of more spin to me this one and increased expenses.
I've honestly had a gutful and can't wait to walk away with my 1-2 bags instead of fluctuating between a slight % profit and massive loss for years.
I'm praying to fuck they can announce something that gets the market excited enough to produce a significant price Spike prior to the imminent cap raise I'm seeing in my head.
