LinkedIn is not the appropriate forum to ask such a question. Just think about what effect it has on the target to which the LinkedIn post is aimed at. Potential customers! Do you think your negative tone is going to help the marketing message. If you are a genuine shareholder, you would refrain from these stupid questions via LinkedIn posts.

@yogi , I appreciate your frustration (as I'm sure many here do) wanting a response from the company on this topic.

The problem is, the company is never going to respond to such a query on social media.

The reality is that such a comment only makes the company look bad, you look ignorant, and turns away potential investors which won't help the share price, which i can only assume is the source of your frustration?

Such frustrations are better suited being directed privately via email or pm, rather than publicly. Imo

It's embarrassing man... Imagine prospective clients, maybe big ones, who happen to stumble across a linkt in post and there, in all its glory is your stupid question regarding revenue. I bet the board cringe everytime. It doesn't help. It stinks of "we can't make any money", "don't invest in us"...
If you want to ask send them an email...

Happy as Larry

For the sake of completeness - this is what Mercedes-Benz also said in the comments under that same January 2025 LinkedIn post in reply to another BRN shareholder’s question:

My guess is the next thing we’re going to hear from Mercedes-Benz with regards to neuromorphic computing will be a LinkedIn post by Markus Schäfer sharing with his network the results of the NAOMI4Radar project, a (roughly) one-year collaboration between several science and industry partners, which received funding from what was formerly known as Germany’s Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (renamed Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in May 2025 under the new coalition government).

Here you can see the public funding Mercedes-Benz received in support of the NAOMI4Radar project between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024, although the link doesn’t state the exact amount, which was somewhere between € 20,001 and € 30,000 (note that in German “30.000” means “thirty thousand” - and instead of using “decimal points”, we use commas, so “one-and-a-half is written as 1,5.)

9B689502-D3CD-4D6E-9208-BCBFF03FC2E2.jpeg

According to the following (German only) October 2024 press release by project partner Uni Lübeck, the project was envisaged to run until August 2025:

Another project partner, TWT GmbH Science & Innovation, described the goal of NAOMI4Radar “to optimize radar data processing in autonomous vehicles using #NeuromorphicComputing”, adding “Within the approximately one-year project duration, we aim to demonstrate the industrial applicability of the neuromorphic chip #Loihi2.”

The Mercedes-Benz CTO last posted about the project in mid-April 👇🏻, sharing the progress they had made and mentioning they were expecting the results in (Northern hemisphere) summer. At the time he concluded his post by saying he would continue to report on this complex and exciting project on LinkedIn.

So that’s what I personally expect to hear next from Mercedes-Benz re NC.

Update by Mercedes-Benz CTO Markus Schäfer on the NAOMI4Radar research project, which is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action and combines a modern front radar by Infineon with Loihi 2 in the evaluation of radar data, in collaboration with partners from science and industry:

As we slowly close out the 3rd quarter, with figures released late October, I personally expect nothing.. that's the honest truth.
10 months and counting, for Sean and I assume the Board to comfortably state 9 million USD as some sort of target, they must expect some client to flip, I personally have a strong belief in the roadmap, 2026 may well turn out to be our year, but like all shareholders, time is still our enemy.

The board isn't pussy footing around with Sean in my opinion, as he enters his 4th year the pressure is mounting, we have the technology, do we have the right CEO to seal the deals, every single staff member assigned to close out a deal has failed, including Lou, his signings have delivered nothing in real terms over the journey, let's all be honest!

It would be interesting getting all ex employee's in a room and asking where they collectively think Brainchip could have improved over the journey, I'd listen very carefully, we have employed many very intelligent people over the years, their views would have to be respected.

I appreciate all the background research that a number of regular posters present, but to be honest, it's the company that needs to speak up with definitive facts.

More simple errors displayed on our website, Dr. TJ presented the roadmap in 2024.. really!.... shouldn't that read 2025, these errors are basic, the common theme just doesn't change, does it?...maybe my OCD is kicking in again.

Mmmh, interesting development within the BrainChip Sales Department…

Turns out our company has recently hired Colorado-based Dan Ganousis as Director of Sales - on a contract basis.

It appears this is not the long-advertised position for “Sales Director US/Bay Area”, though, as that job continues to be listed as open on the BrainChip website, where it has been featured since at least the beginning of January.

We already knew that James Shields was also hired earlier this month - as our VP of Business Development.

It seems the time is nigh for an update of the black-and-white “Our Brain Power” photo gallery…

Can’t be long now 👆🏻, now that Steve Thorne has deleted BrainChip as his employer in his LinkedIn profile’s header and updated the Work Experience section to now read “Nov 2023 - Sep 2025 1 yr 11 mos” relating to his position as BrainChip Vice President of Sales - together a clear indication he is leaving / has left our company…

BE0B5FFE-2992-4C45-8136-2F770DEA7D5A.jpeg

Well, the signs were there:

So it is totally understandable why Dan Ganousis - as a former Sales Director of a company that no longer had any use for him, since it was winding down and its technology hadn’t been snapped up - would have been looking for a new job.
The interesting question, though, is: Why was this contract position recently created by our company in the first place? 🤔

Also, I don’t recall it ever being advertised.
Is this possibly going to be converted into a permanent full-time role at some point like it happened with Jonathan Tapson who was initially engaged with us as a part-time consultant?
But how many well-paying sales positions can our company currently afford?

Dot…dot…dot…

And I also took this to be a hint:

Why would our new VP of Business Development James Shields - rather than Steve Thorne himself - have posted on LinkedIn “I’m hiring!”, despite both advertised job positions “reporting directly to the VP of Global Sales”?

Also, it struck me as very weird that our company has to date not yet officially welcomed the new VP of Business Development, although he himself updated his LinkedIn profile three weeks ago and shortly after shared the news with his network…

So I’m confused. Has “James Shields” who I think was the VP of Business Development for Hailo now just become the VP of Business Development for Brainchip?

Yep

Neither has our company commented on the recent hiring of Dan Ganousis as Director of Sales, yet. I discovered his new role by chance when checking out his profile on LinkedIn after I had noticed him liking BrainChip posts…

Now that the long US Labour Day weekend is over, can we finally (!) expect a company update?!

From the German forum thanks @Dallas

I really wonder what on earth they want to do with a company like that?! Microsoft… who even comes up with this… they’re so far behind they don’t even know what AI really means. What’s next, is Mercedes planning to build new sort of windows into the doors? 🤡

This is old post from 2024, but I realized that it could be a sign for Brainchip or innatera IP in the chips from infineon....
like so called "NNLite" in the "PSOC Edge ARM Cortex"

(page 35-38)

...and here is maybe a possibility how the IP from Brainchip or /and Innatera will be part of an Nvidia product...,or am I wrong?

What is your thinking of this conclusion?

This is interesting.

Our CTO "celebrates this" on LinkedIn....

It's a very impressive "AnthropoMORPHIC" robotic hand developed by a guy that used to work for Tencent Robotics and founded a company called Dexcel Robotics.

He also used to Lead Research at National University of Singapore on.........NEUROMORPHIC TACTILE SENSING.

If it isn't akida then who, and why would Mr Lewis Celebrate it?

Good chance imo. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be an available website to investigate further

Demand is apparently "sky-rocketing"

check out the vid in the link
