This post is in no intention to offend anyone positive or negative, me and my family relatives own big time BRN 20+mil, in which some are free carrying through trading and some in deep red, no, purple, me included:

Legit concerns we share are:
1: None of the Aussie directors participated in the share placement offers which they entitle to, right? while vocal confidence was spilled out such as watch the financials, explosive sales and watch us now very recently etc etc, would it be reasonable to say they know more than what we do? THIS IS RED FLAG
2: It is, in our opinion, disgusting to see that our chairman in the AGM denying the move to USA while it was announced in asx balck and white, THIS IS RED FLAG
3: The non disclosure of the last AGM video with the excuse of attendee's refusal is just beyond our comprehension, I personally trust those I saw with an ordinary Aussies appearance in the meeting will never oppose such move but the Board or the self-elected director, THIS IS RED FLAG
4: Hate to say this, LDA, worst deal ever, they sell on your behalf and get paid 9.5%(on top of my head), this is driving the holders mad coz it is a fact that BRN is committed and dumping will continue as usual throughout to June 26 THIS IS RED FLAG

HOWEVER:
1: PARTNERS ACCUMULATING
2: EXPOSURE
3: PETER NOT SELLING

I am getting to my point now, speaking for myself tho, I'll start trading this stock instead of holding after next QTY if nothing happens coz, end of the day, I am her to make money, precisely, to make my life more comfortable, not anyone else's

good luck to all

Can someone tell me why Duy-loan Le and Pia Turcinov are even taking our money. Ms Le doesn’t even mention Brainchip on her LinkedIn profile. We have the most advanced tech but too many leeches sucking us dry!
100% this !!! Is there any public information as to what they contribute to BrainChip ? Not BS , but actual work they have done ???

Be careful now. TECH will come out and scorned you for questioning their roles. You peasant scum!
Delete this post now, before she gets Peter to ban you from ever attending future AGMs.
She has him on speed dial, don't you know?
Peasant!

Having a closer look at Nex Novus they specialise in Neuromorphic AI and will evidently shave more time off the Engagement to commercial release timeframe.

As much as I agree, we need to remember that by law, BRN must have a minimum of two directors who live in Australia. But why we need three is beyond me (Peter, Pia and Geoff) - particularly when all three are non-Executive.

So even though two may be a necessary evil, why three?

But you seriously have to questions the salaries of our non execs...

Let's not forget how well our Non Execs are being paid (in US dollars no less)

Salary and rewards in 2024....

Geoff USD $230,972 (this includes $118,674 in Service Rights
Pia USD $270,489 (this includes $118,674 in Service Rights
Duy-loan USD $208,232 (this includes $118,674 in Service Rights.

And just a reminder RSU's, Performance Rights and Services Rights are provided as remuneration to KPI's during the financial year with NO PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS other than a service condition of between 1 and 10 years.

So approximately $120K USD each on top of their annual salaries, just for showing up to work. What a great deal!

So for less than a days work per week they are being rather handsomely rewarded, particularly considering the current share price and lack of commercial success.

Again if you don't believe it, look at the latest annual report - it's all in there for all to see.

The problem is we have not been told how many engagements are in the pipeline and estimates of how far through they are without giving away who the clients are - although there would of course be speculation. It would be somewhat reassuring to know.
In the meantime apart from the recent establishment of the Hubs and now the connection with Nex Novus all designed to shave time off the engagement to commercial release time cycle it looks like for the time being stuck with fairly long timeframes.
Management has no control over the client pipeline cycle time frame except to the extent of providing tech support and tools to speed up certain phases which they have done.
In the meantime it would be handy if they would give us at least a general idea of the traffic flow through the hubs and pipeline status.
Also a brief on how Nex Novus is expected to impact would be good.
I have recently asked that the above be addressed during the next podcast. It would be good if other holders send IR a line as well.
