Difference between 3.59 pm and 7.27 pm .

126 buyers disappeared along with 4,424,535 shares ….

107 sellers disappeared along with 5,811,458 shares ….

Only 1 seller at $0.165 with only 55,000 on offer ……. WTF

I do hope all the fake buys and sells return before the open tomorrow , apparently it helps with liquidity and it’s totally legal and it’s not done to attempt to fool anyone or create any type of fear or financial disadvantage to anyone needing to sell for other financial reasons and no buyer has ever said , “ looks like there is 10 million buyers at $0.16 , I may as well jump the queue and just pay half a cent more “ . Repeat after me , it’s all totally above board .

If we don't here anymore news this week from BRN, than it's safe t say that's a rap for 2025 IMO as the office will close next week 🤔 .

Looking forward to 2026 for some great news, can't come soon enough 😀.

I have topped up sub 20 down to 16.5.
Just followed the shorters down.
There are a few shorters here as well.
Rampant shorter downramping on the crapper. Once it all gets moving they will disappear.
While the downrampers are hard at it so is the BOD.
The BOD gave Sean 7.5 mill RSUs earlier this year. Obviously happy with and recognising what is building within.
Looks like the BOD have put 'golden handcuffs' on Sean to make sure he stays on.
Director Duy-Loan and Chairnan Viana both converted their remaining RSUs to shares at a fair higher price that now this year and did not sell a share = big tax bill to pay.
The above tells you the BOD know what is coming. That is a huge positive signal.
On top of that we now have clients with deployable protoypes.
RTX/US AFRL and Frontgrade looking good. Gen2 via FGPA cuts the time to prototype down significantly.
Game changing cybersecurity and we can enable radar in Drones that is not possible with traditional chips.

Shortsellers and “downrampers” will probably never fully disappear. Some people seem to spend a lot of time across multiple forums and accounts, always moving the goalposts .. no money no life..mostly new ones appear …even if the share price were much higher, let’s say 5000 dollars, you’d still see comments like “I’ll top up at $200 ☺️.”

If anyone disappears over time, it may be long-term investors who eventually find peace and don’t feel the need to constantly monitor forums for news. And if staying in touch is the goal, there are other ways to do that.
Just my opinion — DYOR.

That is a song for blue chip investors who do not like risk.
Risk taker BRN investors would more likely be attracted to songs like 'Eye of the Tiger' that captures the thrill and spirit of stepping into danger, taking risks, and pushing through challenges to come out victorious............. and i have no doubt we will.

Hi SS,
We are for all intense and purpose an American company.
They do not celebrate Christmas to the extent that we do.
Thanksgiving is probably bigger over there.
So it's pretty much business as usual.

Yes, most Americans in Silicon Valley take time off around Christmas, and many tech companies formally shut down for the entire week between Christmas and New Year's Day.

Where's Sean now??
He is fast becoming a joke IMO. He leads us on so we buy more shares and then they nose dive. "Just watch us now!" Does he think a stock market dive is like getting gold for a dive at the olympics. No fricking gold here mate.
FFS, tell us the truth Sean. We don't want fairy tales. We are sick of them. If nothing concrete is happening just tell us. We can then make informed decisions on what we do with our stock. But to keep us in the dark and feed us with inuendo and insinuations is a dog act.
I am in this thing up to my ears and have been for 10 years. We've had 4 years of BS from Sean. I still have no dea what to do.

You are a liar.
How can I say such a thing. Well as the organiser of the Perth based members social group I have arranged many get togethers in Perth. At these events some of the Perth based staff ( office since closed) attended but we had Peter VDM, Tony Dawe and Sean at numerous events including board and senior staff. I can also advise that Tech was present at some (even have photos as evidence).
So yes I am aware from direct conversations and observations of Tech’s long term engagement with Perth staff including Peter.
I don’t usually buy into arguments but when truth is challenged that’s where I draw a line. Peter was very generous with his time as was Sean whenever there were meetings in Perth. I can also attest for FF whom through other non BRN matters I have made contact with. Whilst East Coast based he is also know to Peter by his correct name.

So please don’t state fact when not so.

I have included a photo with Tech and Peter included. Those that know will know.

As for Peter not caring about us. The fact the only shares he sold (gifted to Dementia Wa) is testament to his belief in the product and his generous sharing of time with local holders tells different.

Please stay to facts or you may find yourself on the tipping point ( nod to FF) of being blocked by everyone.
Fuck sake. I had a lot more hair back then :(

This hilarious forum thinks anyone who criticises the company is a downramper. BRN has been a terrible investment

Lows in the past have seen opportunities to add for long terms to accumulate if they wish and traders to get in for moves up.
A bit for everyone at these prices.
I am not concerned as the chart below shows it's all part of the 'specs' journey and i believe Neuromorphic Edge AI will grow exponentially as forecast and we are the leader in the field. Its just taking its time.
Every one will make their own personal call on what is to come.

I think that it would be very helpful if Sean made statement to all shareholders..

We are still not getting any real communication through in my view. and most Australian investors do not look that hard for information and only go on what is released via the ASX unfortunately.

The company needs to revise there strategy for the Australian market otherwise we can kiss our investment good bye .

Clearly the strategy is not working like the iP / Chips debacle

change course SEAN
