I'm Spartacus!
I expect the shorts will use the downward pressure from USA markets trading overnight to try and force us below the CR price.
And so, all the doomsayer's will be out spreading they're FUD as far and as fast as they can.
Come Watson, the game's afoot. 🤣
With no options sweetening the deal, anything under .175c is now looking very attractive for the very many of us who have been keeping some dry powder in reserve for just such an opportunity.

Yep manny it will be interesting as it may prove what a dog management and directors we have at brainchip, it will prove without a doubt that retail shareholders have been sold out again. Anyone who says that they don’t know who the shares are being sold to in a book build if FOS, The directors and management know exactly who the end buyers are. Sophisticated Investors equal shorters. Why don’t retail buy into the SPP because they don’t trust, believe, the absolute bullshit fluff that has come out of our CEO. If our shares had not have been manipulated/shorted and driven into the ground in what appears to be a concerted effort by management to keep the share price down, to suppress and Deny the market and investors of imformation this share would be north of $1 and retail would gladly invest. A absolute sad state of affair is about to be disclosed for the second time!!
Unfortunately this a very common practice. Companies need money. The choice is either live with it or get out of markets and stay out.
No point stressing over it.
The trick is to take advantage of it.
This time the raise sees a very much higher level of shorting in the background

Today's trading will be interesting. Placements become tradeable on Monday.
If a fair chunk of the Placement was to Shorters as per 'talk' then this appears to be cover without the squeeze.
The shorters would lock in good profits at 17.5.
Least the shorters know that got 200 million shares coming to market for an easy cover 😭

Looks like a lot of selling with the left hand and buying with the right so far. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I suspect they are getting their ducks lined up in a row for a push down this arvo.
But from all "appearance" stock price holding nicely so far.

Bravo

If ARM was an arm, BRN would be its bicepsšŸ’Ŗ!
Interesting to note that Brian Anderson also liked Rudy Pei’s post about BrainChip’s PLEIADES.

Brian leads Project Phasor, a community initiative aimed at fixing the ā€œmissing middleā€ in neuromorphics, building the common tooling needed to train, simulate, and deploy models across different neuromorphic chips.

Digging further into what Brain's been up to, I noticed he commented 5 days ago on Meta’s acquisition of Rivos, suggesting it could "work out really well" for the neuromorphic community. According to press reports, Meta’s move is partly about reducing its dependence on NVIDIA GPUs for AI workloads.

Rivos itself isn’t a neuromorphic company, it's a Silicon Valley startup building data-center AI accelerators around RISC-V CPUs + Rivos-designed GPGPU cores, but as Brian pointed out, it could become the training platform for neuromorphics - a bridge between large-scale AI accelerators and edge neuromorphic chips like Akida. That fits perfectly with the virtualization and compiler-pipeline work Brian has been developing through Project Phasor.

Back in late October, Brian Anderson was one of 43 people who ā€œlikedā€ Rudy Pei’s LinkedIn post about BrainChip's PLEIADES (see above post).

At the time, Brian was overseeing Project Phasor, which was an open neuromorphic initiative aimed at fixing the ā€œmissing middleā€ by building unified tools for training, simulation, and deployment across multiple neuromorphic hardware platforms.

Fast-forward to now (well… six days ago to be precise), and we can see that Rudy Pei ā€œlovedā€ Brian Anderson’s announcement that he has re-joined NVIDIA.

Brian wrote that he’s returning to NVIDIA ā€œwith a focus on fostering early-stage AI partnerships and paradigms through hardware/software/ecosystem co-design.ā€

He also states in relation to his new team at NVIDIA "We are a small, cross-functional group operating at the frontier of research, startups, and large-scale AI systems. We identify early inflection points - technologies, workloads, or architectural patterns that will matter 12–24 months ahead - and translate them into NVIDIA’s internal readiness across hardware, software, and ecosystem layers.ā€

Given that BrainChip sits right in the zone of emerging AI workloads, frontier architectures, and next-generation efficiency models, Brian’s return to NVIDIA could be a very positive sign for us. šŸ¤ž

You exposed nothing my friend… you know exactly nothing…

Your posts are nothing but fortune-telling, nothing more….There are always a few supporters of your and FF’s pseudo-theses who just hit like without switching their brains on. And when you can’t come up with fact-based counterarguments, you try to frame and insult others with false claims.

I can say for myself that I’ve been invested for at least 10 years and constantly adding. You and FF give me the impression that you’ve been pushing here from the very beginning just to sell a bit higher.

Some people are so committed to posting 24/7 – whether it’s totally made-up price targets or articles from five years ago – that I really can’t think of any other reason for it.

Feel free to try and ā€œexposeā€ me as much as you like. In the end it’s just your small-minded fantasy that revolves around your digital reputation – I don’t have to justify to anyone what I do with my investment. And it’s my full right to describe the current situation sarcastically… we’ll see by Monday at the latest how your claim turned out.

IMO DYOR

As I said… your false claims are ridiculous… just because you have no other arguments.. I never sold… Unlike you, who is probably constantly pumping and then selling a bit higher… why else should we get above 24 cents without massive changes or significant news? Exactly – because of people like you who set up a bull trap just to sell at the top again. Plain and simple.

Damn, another person that wasted 10 years on this. Welcome friend. In solidarity we unite.

My crystal ball says we are hitting twelve cents by mid February. That obviously is not great to hear, and certainly is not a financial advice. However, I have been always right 45% of the time.

I wonder what happened to that old bloke who was 80 or 90 years of age and says that he has been invested in the company from the start. I hope he is still going strong and ready for another 10 years of SFA.

-End rant-

If i could offer an outsiders perspective!

7fur7 you come across as a 100% full of shit hc trader troll toilet paper mouth and i do wish you would shutup. Go troll away on hc and stop clogging up the threads with your inane drivel.

Just my persective though so no need to get uppity. Remember that even though everyone else more than likely shares this perspective also, its just their opinions so no need to get your frilly femboy panties in a twist!

Carry on
