This stock has shown a strange pattern over the past few years, with sudden price pumps and occasional dumps. Whenever the price pumps, no one seems able to explain why or what triggered it. But when it dumps, short sellers always come up with countless “legitimate” reasons. Could someone help me understand why these sudden pumps keep happening, just like in the past?

No explaination by brainchip…that could explain the price and volume movements

BrainChip Ltd (ASX: BRN) has responded to an ASX price query regarding recent trading in its securities. The company confirmed it is not aware of any undisclosed information that could explain the price and volume movements. Brainchip stated it is complying with its continuous disclosure obligations under the ASX Listing Rules. The company secretary Kim Larkin said, "Brainchip Holdings Limited (BRN or Company) refers to your letter of 07 October 2025 and provides the following responses." Brainchip reiterated that it has no other explanation for the recent trading activity in its shares.

May be someone wants to check the pulse, if the same is running or dead. Normally it takes 3-5 days but today it got done in one session only.
So yes pulse is still there but can die down very fast!!

We have seen this playbook before and quite frankly it's a very positive sign when a contractor accepts securities in lieu of cash, and from my reckoning it's the same contractor, namely one who can spit us out as a by-product, and why...because they know to well how we snuggle up to each other to make expectational music, I mean technology together, both parties bring something special to the table and that's why a little Aussie battler was the chosen one.. standby, June 2026 is my evaluation month and we are right on point, in my humble opinion of course.

I noted that GSME, while headquartered in Silicon Valley, also have a “Design Center” in Oman. Mmmh, interesting! Which of course made me wonder whether they could possibly be connected to Muscat-based Onsor Technologies and be involved in the chip design and/or manufacturing of the NEXA epileptic seizure-predicting smart glasses powered by Akida?

And so I dug a little deeper… Bingo!

Turns out that two of the six Directors on the Board of GSME are from Oman, and one of them is a familiar face: Ameer Al-Alawi, Director at Ithca Group.
And as we know, Onsor Technologies is a subsidiary of said Ithca Group.

Not only did GSME establish their Oman Design Center in Muscat in 2023, but they also launched the Oman-1 and Oman-2 chips in 2024.

In your link there is a video interview with the CEO (in the bottom) and he says edge AI will be everywhere.

We can hope BRN will benefit from that, the chances are there for sure:

1: Qualcomm acquired Edge Impulse in March this year. BrainChip’s Akida neuromorphic processors are integrated into Edge Impulse’s platform, allowing developers to train and deploy models on BrainChip hardware. The Imagine 2025 event (hosted by Edge Impulse) involves BrainChip and features participation from Qualcomm executives (e.g. a VP from Qualcomm Finland, etc.).

2: BrainChip’s CTO (Tony Lewis) is someone who previously worked at Qualcomm, where he led Qualcomm’s “Zeroth” neuromorphic engineering project.
