My post was not a crack at Winenut or anybody else……can only image how many requests he is getting. Would be 1 request for every legit holder and then 5-10 requests per troll and their many alias. Completely agree with the need for another space and the need to carefully monitor who gets accepted. Was just a plea to keep some information here in the event that some of us don’t get an invite, as there will be people who don’t have enough posts to adequately assess their holder credentials.

If they are worried about a few trolls put them on ignore and don't respond, takes a few minutes but it's not that difficult. As grown adults, you would think they would have learned this skill already.

This mentality is a shame because it only punishes the genuine holders not the trolls, most of which just want some info in between announcements.

End of the day, a few posts in a chatroom is not going to change the outcome but hopefully they feel safe in the secret little chat room.

Andrew should let DLA Piper know that they got it wrong when they valued the destruction of AVZ’s 75% holding in the Manono project at $6.2b USD

And to all the armchair valuation experts talking about resource size you keep forgetting to factor in the fact that licenses are time limited with ownership percentage needing to be returned to the state at regular intervals under the mining code

If you haven’t including that in your calculations it’s probably why you didn’t work out the $6.2b before it was released but I did imo

To be fair, I believe they valued Dathcoms destruction at 6.2billion, but now the USA has a planned minerals for security deal that derisks the asset and the improved mineralisation estimates should, in theory, be worth more than 6.2billion

I wouldn’t be holding my breath for any new “insights” in the secret place. I used to visit here literally every few hours for the consolidation of X, or news articles. Nothing new or groundbreaking was rarely shared on TSE and those who did were promptly silenced.

Still though, it had its use but idiots have to ruin it. We are all guilty of it, but now the echo chamber is spread across three or four platforms now.

Regardless, this is closing soon. AVZ is at the final hour. Not long now.

Yes, it is as simple as viewing and posting the thread as per normal and placing people you don't want to hear from on ignore. What you are not taking into account though, is that just because someone is technically an adult, this does not mean that they possess logical reasoning or critical thinking skills.

I would also disagree that it is odd for keyboard warriors to feel the need for a safe space. People experiencing emotional distress and mental health issues will often try to use safe spaces, as trying to operate in the wider community can be too overwhelming for someone going through a mental health crisis. Hence the need for the mental health therapy thread.

Try not to stress out about every small post or detail. It is a waiting game at this stage. If people are on here trolling and trying to get validation from creating private threads then just ignore their trolling. They do not have more information than other shareholders.

Register for the AVZ announcements to your email and then maybe try to limit check ins to two or three per month. Spend your time with friends and family because what will be, will be.

The most interesting recent development for me was Kiki's post. Nigel has been tight lipped with what he thinks is a fair value. However, I don't believe Kiki comes up with these posts totally independently. I think he has some type of connection with AVZ in order to provide positive PR for AVZ in the DRC.

Kiki suggests compensation sought may be between $3-5 billion USD. Not a total disaster and may be some sort of rough indication of a figure from the "AVZ side", although it is not directly from Nigel.
