Super yacht, on the crapper:

Well you are correct kiara in my op, if boatman and co (the paid for' gang of grubs') had not unleashed their well orchestrated planned and timely attack on AVZ when they did, I believe we would have seen a much higher ATH. Not only that, but if this disgraceful attack gets light of day in ICSID it will likely expose ALL of those corrupt players for the damage they deliberatly bestowed on the company, AVZ its BoD and its innocent SH.

Simply AVZ and its SH should be preparing to go mining now, to be one of the biggest and possibly one of the most succesful lith miners the DRC if not the World has seen, instead we are being forced to entertain selling to 100 x billionares because of out of control corruption in the DRC at its worst.
And inaddition we have had to listen to for some time now s... ....s ....s rabbiting on about they dont want to deal with AVZ or NF because they refused to offer brown bags full of .... to anyone, pff, simply clowns.

What a joke that is, some sort of uneducated reverse psychology, from the #@$*>&*F# m..... which I guess is suppose to bamboozle..... who?

More to the point, since when was the sale price of an asset limited to the previous highest value + a tiny percentage?

Not sure that we're going mining, but KoBold are not the only ones that can jump into bed with Rio.

Haven't posted a lot lately but here is a thought- if you are thinking of scribing a few paragraphs about why your investment is only worth a few cents then how about you just hold off for a few weeks. Ya dumb cunts!!

Another troll!! 🤬🤬

It took the dumb cunt three years to finally realise he can moderate members everyday posts with his two user accounts and now he's having a field day. Report, report, report people. Yaseen/j19 is destroying tse single handedly...

Samus just give it up dude. I don't have a problem. All I see is you dickheads banging on about this day in day out. Enough already.

Some people say the ignore function is useful but really, I never put people on ignore. If I'm not interested in what someone has to say I find it quick easy to simply scroll to the next post. Truly. It's not that hard.

I don't know why people get so triggered by this kind of shit. It's really childish. And the amount of energy and heartache you generate trying to call out all this mind numbing, silly little personal beef. These people aren't even worth the 1 milliwatt worth of electricity you type in complaining. Even that is a waste of energy.

Let it go.

If you want to move your holdings to Automic, open a ticket with IBKR and let them know what you want to do. At this stage, your shares are held through a custodian, and the AVZ office doesn't know you as a holder. Your name won’t appear on the registry, and you don’t have an SRN or HIN because you don’t directly own the shares.

IBKR will send you some forms to sign and to upload back to them. This is a manual process, and it typically takes around two weeks. They will charge you approximately $100 for the entire process.
Awesome, thanks for that info. Is it necessary to go through this process though? If AVZ seals a deal and we all get paid out will I not receive payment for my shares?

Hey everyone, long time lurker first time poster. It's great to finally have a bit of optimism after the last few years!

I saw some posts referencing the share registry, which prompted me to actually check my Automic account, does this look right?

It shows the change to Issuer Sponsored from CHESS, which makes sense since we were delisted, but if Automic is the registry AVZ is using, why does my holding show as zero? I used Selfwealth as my trading platform when we were listed, and there is no mention of AVZ in my holdings on that platform either.
Is there any action I need to take here? Do I need to re-register my issuer sponsored shares with Automic? How would I go about that?

Are you serious?
I don't think he was referring to you. He may have been referring to Samus who was spamming the forum with the same message over and over. The posts have now been removed.

Yes you do, because the AVZ shares are no longer held under your HIN or XIN number - they are now under your SRN. If you can't find the hard copy letter that was mailed to shareholders after we were delisted (this will have your SRN on it), you can phone Automic and explain you are an AVZ shareholder but don't know your SRN, and they will do some ID checks to verify who you are and your holdings, and then you can use the SRN to add your AVZ holdings to your portflio on the Automic website, and from there you can add your contact details, communication preferences, tax info, bank account details etc as you can for listed holdings.

Thanks so much! Hopefully I've got the letter stashed away somewhere.

When dealing with a reliable and trustworthy partner, a precedent could be applied and relied upon. Is the DRC Government that reliable partner who follows their own laws and precedents? Not so much.

The AVZ ICSID position is already strong. I am not suggesting AVZ would not win.

This is exactly why I want to see what assurances the US can build into their peace agreement.... most likely it will be something along the lines of "try to f^*% with us down the road and suffer the wrath of the US military", which has pretty much kept the world in check so far - I would imagine there would be a contingent number of US personnel and bases setup to protect American business interests, under the guise of keeping peace.... I mean they have already deployed the private military operatives/begun recruiting mercs, if articles shared around here are to be believed.

I don't think everyone has processed just how much of a geopolitical change is taking shape and how quickly Trump has to set everything in motion so its too entrenched for the next admin to tear down. Dudes moving at warp speed (as far as governments go).

When you mentioned the precedent for future deals, I did not realise you were talking for USA deals only. For USA deals, yes, agreed. I would think DRC would still screw around in the future with small companies which don't have support, but they are unlikely to try that with projects operating under their security provider.
I don't even think the US need to explicitly state these assurances in their peace agreement. Everyone knows the history of the US. A certain leader doesn't do what the US wants and then ohhh what a coincidence, there is a coup and that leader is removed from power and/or not alive any more. If the US is providing security services for the DRC and then Felix screws them, I think things would go badly downhill for Felix VERY, VERY quickly haha.

Its called peace through superior firepower. We want increased military spending, they don't want electric tanks fine, throw all that lithium into autonomous drones, its not like you want to be constantly refuelling those and sure they could be nuclear but you probably don't want to risk losing them too often then.
