BRN Discussion Ongoing

The Trim report is intended for the Wholesale Market and not the retail market (see the last page Disclaimers etc).
Wholesale individuals are high worth and are assumed to have expertise therefore they do not have the same legal protection as retailers. They do however enjoy access to opportunities that retailers do not get. See link below.
The report being aimed at wholesale funds is complex in some areas and can be difficult for some retailers to understand.
Obviously BRN is trying to get Wholesale funds to get high net worth individuals on the Register.
In relation to the report see page 18 for their acquisition value of $A0.93 cents using the Acquisition Valuation method.
See page 19 for their Real Options value of $US1.32 which is $A2.07.
If you are a bull then they value the SP at $US1.22 or $1.93 per share - see page 15.
Trim settled on a $A1.00 SP value using a weighted average of the bull/base/bear case valuations so its just an average target price. This is certainly not my preferred method of valuation.
I prefer to use the lowest value methodology (Acquisition Valuation) of 93 cents because the events they based it on actually occurred and not estimates of cash flows/revenue etc..
Then Trim give Wholesalers a wonderful table of complicated SP values based on sensitivity analysis.
Everyone will have their own preferred valuation method.
My valuation method will be whatever I decide to sell at. 😂

Yes, a weighted average. Yet my intuition says it's either going to boom or bust, rather than sit at the average scenario. Just a matter of when.

Agree, I think it's more likely the Bull case scenario. My opinion only.
We have the US AFRL interested, Lockheed - Martin cybersecurity and the Navy Edge transition with Bascom Hunter.
That is encouraging.

Maybe BRN released the Trim report to make it look like we are not doing to well , and then they turn around and suddenly surprise everyone
Including the shorters

We can only live in hope
Come on BRN

I like the "coming soon" both Edge LLM and Edge VLM.
Covers both text based tasks as well as well as vision and lanuage.

Though I suppose "soon" is a relative word....maybe sometime from now to 12 mths I guess.

Good to see the evolution from a narrower band of functionality to a much broader spread of capabilities and thus use cases and more interest.

Hi Pom.
I think it was always expected that when the company reached a certain level of development and maturity it would relocate to an American exchange to enhance its potential for future growth.
I think many of us hoped and expected it to eventually achieve something akin to the status of a prime which is more likely in a larger pond.
Australia was seen as a kind of incubator for this.
I don't have any problem with it personally as long as the timing and mechanism involved doesn't screw over the existing share holder base.
I also think the chaotic nature and uncertainty's around Trumpanomic's may have thrown a spanner in the works, temporarily at least.
I certainly wouldn't be advocating for a move until both our balance sheet and share price are stronger.
I don't think it a wise choice from a position of relative weakness.
We say we have world best tech in our field.
This needs to be proven out commercially first to both reward current share holders and entice either a buyer or a strong initial showing on a prospective redomicile.

Good find Hopalong, IMO we need a few more runs on the board before we think about a move to the US. ATM probably would not get the required 75% to get past a meeting in any case.
Some sensational SP driving news may convince holders that it is better to list in the US. That likely will not come this year.

Hi Manny.
It was Pom's find.
The rest was just my opinion.
