AVZ Discussion 2022

Would have to agree the BOD have played the straight bat here all the way and every regular here on TSE knows exactly the pile of corrupt shit the board has had to fight through to get us this far. Thank god for the foresight of engaging the ICSID in the original JV
In saying that we are all aware of the 1) AFP raid (instigated by who ?)
2) The Fat Tail supreme court proceedings which didnt happen
3) The OMNI Bridgeway class action which didnt gain any traction and also didnt happen
Perhaps if Nige did proceed with a low ball offer (pure speculation) then iam sure he would be mindful of upsetting enough investors where Omni Bridgeway could very likely gain some traction and risk a new class action being commenced.
I reckon anything above ATH would negate this risk for him and therefore forms the downside and at the other end we have the US $10 bil compensation claim from Nige and the directors to bookend the Kobold offer scope.
All pure speculation though and lets just call it $12 because that would make me filthy rich

$12 would make @FilthyRich2 filthy rich too ;);)

Getting sick of August and his bullshit. “USA Isn’t desperate” … has he been living under a rock the past 4 years? Even the past 4 months it’s been made up extremely clear that the USA is certainly desperate. Even going as far as “allowing” private military to essentially invade and hold vast regions of a foreign country to ensure commodity security.

The bumbling Trump idiot has been salivating at the prospect of grabbing critical minerals for “security” with anyone who can provide what he wants.

Something to consider… I doubt that accepting a lowball offer would provide any relief to those seeking funds asap. Aside from most people getting fucked over from a low offer, I would see this as triggering a significant class action from all shareholders who have lost money, and this legal action could result in any funds that AVZ has received from the sale being frozen until the case is settled… so we just need to secure a decent payout (fair value, and above ATH after costs/tax as a bare minimum) so we can all be happy 😊
Also any low ball offer would certainly be linked with some royalty payment. Which …. Goes against the whole “get out asap so I can play with myself now” mentality of those large older shareholders. Sure, they’ll exit this debacle for the most part but they’d only get their “fair value” over 10-15 years!

STFU. Trump is the sole reason we might come out of this alive. You forget that Zelensky and Tshisekedi approached Trump for security.

$1.5Billion USD ( 65 cent aud ) + Royalties= above ATH ? Add to that possible CDL compensation = $1.50 + .

I think Nigel has his freckle well and truly covered .

How admirable of August. like someone on X commented under, that he hides behind Trumps strength after being so critical of him for so long. Unfortunately this is one of those rare L's of August because he is clearly wrong. At the moment Nigel holds all of the cards & 75% legal title plus FROR for 15% more and the US might not publicly show they are desperate, but their executive orders and other bills (actions) speak louder than their words. There's no denying the US involvement is a net positive for all involved, but to say they "hold all the cards" is completely untrue.

In saying that, they can buy the entire deck for $12 USD and then they will hold all of the cards 🃏
It is actually very simple, how does the USA squeal like a pig, after offering too low, and ZIJIN offers UD$30billion plus security?
They would love to develop both sides without interference and have made a start!

I would say trump uses the escape nozzles on his new toy plane on the way back, to correct the deal of the fucking century.

Bezos-backed $US20,000 electric ute attracts more than 100,000 reservations

New electric vehicle (EV) startup Slate Auto, which is backed by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, says it has already secured over 100,000 refundable reservations in the two weeks since it emerged from stealth mode with a $US20,000 electric ute.

Slate – note the name is an anagram of Tesla – in late April unveiled the Slate Truck, a highly configurable and customisable two-seat ute/pickup boasting a 52.7kWh battery pack with a target range of 240 kilometres (EPA).

An accessory 84.3kWh battery pack is also mentioned, which would have a target range of 385 kilometres (EPA), and of course have a higher price. Charging for the batteries using the NACS port is supposed to race to 80 per cent at 120kW in under 30 minutes.

The base price is after US incentives, and without them is priced at around $US27,000 ($A43,000).

The significance is that it promises the US-made $US25,000 EV that Tesla’s Elon Musk has promised but not yet delivered.

The base price is for a no-frills version with wind up windows, no speakers, cloth seats, no digital screens, and knobs for controls.

Upgrading these will add to the price, but it does include a relatively large “frunk” (front trunk), cargo area, and 1,400lb payload accompanies max towing of 1,000lb.

“We are truly humbled by America’s response to Slate’s brand launch and the launch of our truck,” Slate’s chief commercial officer Jeremy Snyder said in a statement to TechCrunch.

“We are excited for what the future holds.”

In addition to Jeff Bezos, Slate has reportedly secured financial support from Mark Walter, CEO of Guggenheim Partners and controlling owner of the LA Dodgers.

what disrespect given to Nigel and the board who have fought tooth and nail for this company. I can tell you right now Nigel has been given absolute hell from detractors and 'allegedly' some dodgy snack money might have been flaunted which has NEVER or EVER will be a consideration.

Trump isn't the sole reason. Far from it.

Looks like Jens, Maja & August are playing tag team low ball on AVZ SH's expectations

"$AVZ The US is not desperate for anything in this world. And as our new President is making clear, we will walk away from deals that does not advance our national interests or those of our allies. We hold all the cards."

https://x.com/AugustCohen4/status/1922496153054019939

August needs to examine his own post.

"The US is not desperate for anything is this world...."

They will be, if they don't find alternative sources of rare earths and Lithium than getting it from China, which is why they are inking the rare earths deal and why they approached us for Manono."

"We will walk away from deals that does not advance our national interests"

Making sure they have alternate access to Lithium etc is advancing their National Interests. This is a strategic play.
This is all about advancing the national interests of the US.
