I like this bit Drooben man

"If this technology becomes the standard, BrainChip could become one of the most valuable companies in the world".

This is what we have all been waiting for. The indicators are all pointing in the right direction. The question is: will we have to wait another 3–4 years? Will we see a rising share price before the move to the US market? If not, what will happen to all the small investors holding around 20,000 or 5,000 shares? Will they end up losing everything due to the RS? I think these are concerns that some people have. Of course, we will have a successful company and hopefully become a leader in our segment. But will we also get our share of the success?

The reality is, Sean didn’t have to run a capital raise with these so-called sophisticated investors.
He could have stuck with LDA for capital management like they had been doing successfully for the past 12 months. Instead, he handed the perfect exit to the shorters, the very same group that’s been hammering the stock. It’s incredibly disappointing to see management work against retail holders like this.

And now, because of this, we’ve got another major problem coming up on 1st August, those 103 million shares will be allowed to hit the market. More unnecessary pressure that could have easily been avoided if management had acted in the best interests of long-term holders.
There is no share coming back on market, those were all sold out shares. Google the conditions mentioned, it does not say they have to hold onto shares even for a single second.
Yes Sean should not have said, it is because of team brainchip relationship building effort.

There must be some solution but I just don't know.

The Oils summed it up with this great number from the past.( to be played on No 11always)

Good afternoon back in Australia,

Yes, I'm still in the Far North of New Zealand until early August and are looking forward to coming home to Perth, it's been a tough trip this time, but I'm still alive thank God! .... there are some evil people in this world who love hiding in the dark, wearing balaclavas, hoodies, carrying a hammer and think it's ok to batch a senior citizen, but the universe has its own way of balancing the ledger, black will always be black, dark will always be dark, may the light shine down on all the evil in this world and expose them for what they are, gutless, weak cowards.

Sorry, I'm off topic, I just wanted to say that I still think that our company has and is still making very good progress, despite clear evidence that revenue is about to start flowing into our accounts, the long termers must see the progress we have made, the writing is on the wall, time has always been our enemy, yes it's been and still seems like an eternity, but we are still moving forward.

Name another company who has "really succeeded at the edge"...........not ONE!!!

Here's to a positive week ahead............best regards............Tech.

Sorry to hear that Tech.
Hoping you are ok and are recovering well.
Some bugger stole my rear number plate which I discovered late on Thursday and I was feeling hard done by, but your news puts my inconvenience into perspective. Shit happens sometimes and we just need to shake it off I guess. Was hoping BrainChip would drop some significant news before the AGM to soften any backlash regarding the proposed redomicile. Still have this week I suppose and at least have had a small uptick in the share price. God knows what madness the orange idiot may yet unleash to further destabilise the markets but it certainly aint boring.🤣

The company made sure that whoever received the new shares agreed not to sell them in a way that would break the Corporations Act within the first 12 months.

Basically, the shares can’t just be dumped on the market right away unless they comply with the law (usually meaning they can’t be sold at all without a special disclosure or exception).

After 12 months, they can be sold freely (unless new restrictions are added).

The original announcement of capital raise. If the so called condition of cannot sell on market for 12 months should be part of that equation.

PERTH / MUNICH (IT BOLTWISE) – In the world of artificial intelligence and chip development, a new player may be entering the scene with the potential to challenge the established giants. BrainChip Holdings Ltd., an Australian company specializing in neuromorphic processors, is being touted as a potential market leader of the future by an AI analysis.

@cosors Can you confirm their claim as Germany's No. 1 AI rag?

Apologies if this has already been asked in this thread — and sorry if it’s a silly question.

What’s the likelihood that BRN will delist from the ASX and move to a US exchange? And who actually decides if we make the move — shareholders, directors, or someone else?

It reads as if Brainchip and its technology are now being given honourable attention here. Michael Freitag is unknown to me, so far, and he seems to be a profound connoisseur in his publishing industry when it comes to disruptive technologies, otherwise he would not have such success with his company, as it seems https://studio.critch.de/
He has won a prize that is not just any prize. Michael Freitag from Munich wins GERMAN WEB AWARD® 2022 with his app https://www.mobileadvertise.de/
Forbes: https://forbes.swiss/artikel/MICHAEL-FREITAG-AUS-MÜNCHEN-GEWINNT-GERMAN-WEB-AWARD-2022
DACH means Germany, Austria, Lichtenstein (the nest of the rich) and Luxembourg.
The magazine in which these investment considerations appear is Boltwise, a specialist magazine in Germany with a focus on artificial intelligence and robotics with over one million readers https://www-it--boltwise-de.translate.goog/?_x_tr_sl=de&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=de&_x_tr_pto=wapp
That doesn't seem like much at first, but when I consider that this is a very specific magazine, it seems like a lot again.
His words are promising. BrainChip: A potential challenger for NVIDIA in the age of AI
If Akida will have reached Heise, our leading IT magazine, then it has reached https://www.heise.de/
I still need time to look into it, but I find it encouraging and promising. Above all, the fact that Mr Freitag directly raises the idea that Braicnhip could be a takeover candidate for Nvidia shows that he is familiar with the matter, like us, and is following it closely.

If I find out anything else, I'll let you know here. Thanks for the good read!

The reach of the Botwise is extensive. If I search the web here in German and for things in the last week with "Brainchip" or "neuromorphic", Mr Freitag's article is at the top.

Just hope they never used your number plate in an armed robbery or something, because if you hear someone knocking on the door saying this is the police please open up. Then I’d be hiding 😂

Not much being mention over at the crapper or here regarding the next quarterly report due out in a few days which is weird as naysayers are normally out of force by now.
