BRN Discussion Ongoing

I'd take this post with a serious pinch of salt.. this just a shareholder who happens to post on HC

After initially thinking Lovelamp's LinkedIn post, by this Philip Dodge guy, was Ffing Huge (because I thought it was a "BrainChip" LinkedIn post) I basically discounted it, when I realised it was just some guy..

If BrainChip started actually talking about Data Centers like that.
It would be Fffing Huge!

Your post, actually makes "you" more interesting though..

The fact that you quote this "guy" Stickshift from the crapper, outing Philip as "just a shareholder" (when everyone who has been around BrainChip a while, knows Stickshift, is either a paid troll working for the crapper/Shaw brothers/shorters or something, as he apparently never holds but always has something to say. At the very best, he is a pure trader, who is dishonest).

Quoting Stickshift, is like quoting the likes of Shareman, PigsMightFly, The Dean or Tom&Jerry..

You seem to flip flop your sentiments on here from hopeful to negative (mostly negative) and you "say" that you've been in this Company, from the very beginning, indicating you almost certainly found out about BRN, through the crapper..

Interesting indeed.

Hmmm I'm just going to say..

Hi Dingo,
I strongly suspect that Shareman, PigsMightFly, and Tom & Jerry are all aliases of the same individual — a textbook case of sock puppetry at its most ridiculous.

As for The Dean, I get the impression he might be an unfortunate soul (incarcerated mentally deranged inmate) with internet access he perhaps shouldn't have.

Collectively, they have about as much credibility as a vegetarian shark. It's honestly just embarrassing.

Other than the times they were "gifted" exits, the short position is reasonably low, comparing over the last 3 years..

I think that's indicative of the increasing risk, of betting against us, over the short term maybe?

Pre-quarterly, is always a potentially lucrative opportunity, to play games though, like you've said, but I think at these price levels, you can't go wrong, if you have a longer term view (and the Company delivers).

Anything in the quarterly, above 100k will be a surprise, but it still won't be enough, until millions are reported (or we get the kind of news, that makes that a foregone conclusion).

With the markets completely losing it the other week, the share price didn't go below 17 cents and we were happily trading around 30 cents, before the LDA, Anil and redomiciliation announcements.

So there's plenty of room, to move up from here.

Plus, I can smell a big announcement coming! 😛

Hi DB,

For me, anything below $500,000 (AUD) in this quarter is a disgrace and demands a full explaination at the AGM.

Why??

1) Sept quarter last year saw 190K Euro from FG and Aerobus

2) December....Another 150K Euro from ESA mentioned in the FG license agreement. (I asked T.Dawe, meant to be new money on top of the 190k Euro)

3) December...Bascom Hunter= $100K USD

4) This one gets sketchy...... US Airforce to make milestone payment in January 2025, except we botched the subcontractor agreement....Let's leave this one out for now!!!

So. Should be 340K in Euro and 100K in USD, plus some potential cash dribbling in from the Airforce.

Beggs the question......If the 4C is looking OK, then why in the F@#K is the LDA Call finishing before it is released?

Just once, can we share some positive news with the market and then raise capital...

Maybe I am retarded after all!!:poop:

Well a question to be asked at the AGM for someone who is attending...."is BRN tech not being used by Mercedes?" If not, why did BRN fail?

I can tell you why … Germans, especially those from the state where Stuttgart is located, are very stingy and will try to save money wherever they can! I believe if this fails, it will be because they are too stingy to sign a license agreement. I think they will look for a cheaper solution from multiple providers and merge it into a system that delivers similar values. By “similar,” I mean that they’ll be satisfied with what the technology delivers at that price. They’ll think, “The average consumer won’t understand the difference anyway… the usual will do.”

The technology itself won’t be the issue…

That’s my opinion as someone born and raised in Germany.

I honestly think, they thought the idea of redomiciling to the US, was going to be taken as hugely popular and positive..

I've since personally come around on that, but it's going to need a few more runs on the board, to get the vote.

Even the US government, has left the door open for A.I. solutions from outside the US, where National Security is concerned, so there really shouldn't be any barriers to private company adoption (with America First type initiatives..).

I also think they don't understand how much of "the Shine" has come off of retail moving the share price and general speculative interest, in our Company.

This is a direct result of lack lustre, boring, clinical announcements and the minimal if any fanfare.
(compare with how a mining company plays up finding a spec of gold in a drill core, or their reports full of charts, pretty pictures and smiling faces etc..).
People love pictures and that shit, just ask the Pom.

Their announcements basically say, in the way they "sell" the Company's prospects.
"Hey we're doing fine, we don't "need" any money, here's what we've been doing the last quarter/year"

Either that, or the Timing of the announcements/type of announcements/lack of back up announcements, was "designed" to crater the share price.
(obviously the least desirable theory).

It's not just Pom. Do love me some mining action as well. Strange that a mining company can put out a "Market Sensitive" "Market Update" that is basically advertising but we can't!!

Sad...

Back to the quarterly numbers...... they should be really good (in theory)

So why the crap LDA call?? With FA news announced.

Edit.....

If we get news between the end of the call and before the AGM, Will Qantas allow pitch folks on domestic flights???:cool:

Below $500k poor? Anything below $50 mill is poor.

Look at Droneshield. Announced a $32 mill contract and their market cap is "only" 600 mill. We need some massive contracts and we ned them fast.

The twelve months since the last AGM has been abysmal. It was another AGM full of how next year will be great and to judge them on their performance at the next AGM. I have taken them up on that and judged them by voting no to the employee remuneration and anyone that disagrees with me is entitled to their incorrect opinion.

It's actually currently a market cap of 777million AUD, but look at their financials..

Still making a loss.

They have plenty of cash, A$215 million as of February (so company currently valued around A$562 million).
This cash would have come from a "get serious" credit raise.

Their February Investor Presentation, is very perty and screams "we need more money" though.

20250417_002804.jpg

A$1.8 Billion pipeline (that's the kicker)

They have to produce the products for that A$32 million contract though and others and their margins are small (currently negative).

Their January quarter, showed a loss of almost A$9 million on just over A$26 million of cash receipts.
(12 months almost A$58 million loss, with around A$56.6 million cash receipts).

20250416_224832.jpg

So how flash are they really doing?..

I personally wouldn't buy a dime of their shares, intelligent drones, will make their equipment obsolete/close to useless (Maybe there will still be a market in film props or in toy stores?).

The only way to defeat/defend against Future drones, will be to literally knock them out of the Sky, not point "pretend" guns at them (admittedly I don't know what their current offerings are and don't care).

BrainChip's addressable Market is potentially Massive, through numerous verticals, largely untapped and our profit margins will be well over 80%, basically just rich velvety cream.

20250417_012136.jpg

So there really is no comparison.
