Loads of excellent presumptions the last few days which mean absolutely nothing at this stage. All I know like many we want to start seeing some real $$$

I totally agree with the proposition put forward, that we do need to move the Co across to the USA & simultaneously list on NASQAD.
However, I am greatly concerned with the situation, that we will need to comply with all NASDAQ listing requirements ... with that being said, I beleive that a consolidation of existing ASX shares (almost ~ 3 Billion) into NASQAD share holdings will need to occur at a rate of at least ~ 20 ASX shares : 1 new NASQAD share, possibly even more depending upon the foreign exchange rates prevailing at that time.

So it seems some other AI at the edge play has seen the worth in integrating ReRAM. BrainChip can‘t complain about another AI company working in collaboration with Weebit Nano—I did arrange for Tony Dawe and Coby Hanoch to meet and discuss exactly the same thing a few years ago. And according to a face-to-face meeting I personally had with Coby, at least a phone conversation was had.
Weebit Nano ReRAM storming ahead and BrainChip still looking for technology adopters. It’s quite sad really.
Oh what could have been! Unless Embedded AI uses Akida that is!!

Agree Slade. Can't move to a US exchange with the stock price languishing. Need a clear upward trajectory based upon recognition of technical excellence and $$$ producing contracts demonstrating an irrefutably bright future.

I’ve been a supporter and part owner of Brainchip for about 8 years now, all through the soul sapping lows and rare euphoric ups. I believe in the tech but I’m starting to detect a stench. I’m starting to think that Hehir and Vianna are weasels. They resent being listed on and accountable to the ASX and they resent being accountable to Australian shareholders. I suspect they hate coming to Australia and fronting up at the AGM and being questioned by Australians. ‘The share price will do what the share price will do’ is bullshit and just shows true contempt to thousands of shareholders who have put in their hard earned. BRN knew that the redomiciling announcement would hurt the share price, it was marked price sensitive, and they know that thousands of Australian shareholders hold their shares in Australian super funds because they have full access to the register. I, for one, don’t think that there is any huge revenue making deal around the corner contingent on a US listing. Australia is in AUKUS, we’re a trusted ally right? Surely Australia can help build the iron dome and protect US defence computer infrastructure the same as we can buy second hand nuclear subs and 4th or 5th gen fighters from the US. I think BRN wants to largely divest itself of Australian shareholders and become a fully US company. The question I have is can Aussie shareholders hang on and maybe reap some rewards from the promised land? My opinion is that the redomiciling is going to happen, what happens to us is the question. I’d love to know what PVDM thinks. As a proud Australian and founder surely he doesn’t want us shafted. Sorry for the rant, just feeling a bit shitty with BRN at the moment.

Apart from the move being a good or bad idea, I am hoping that the whole thing was well discussed and thought through the board meeting/s.
1: regulations, requirements etc for the listing and delisting
2: biggest hurdle the Board will face is the VOTE, it takes only 25% to shut it off.
Having said that, the management has only a few months to present something decent to appeal the votes from us retail holders, who hold 59+% of BRN. TBH, my vote and my mates' votes will be absolutely no if nothing turns up but verbal confidence. To me, that is insanity combined with stupidity.
How comfortable do I feel there is a good plan in the pipeline to convince us?
Common sense tells me that must be the case since no board member is stupid even some here call them incompetent. They can surely think through the things we could think through. On top of this, Peter our funder's endorsement to this move gives me more comfortability unless he starts selling in the next few months.
But, a big fat but, I hate to say this though, I feel nervous and anxious coz this Sean has a track record of decision making without common sense, I 'll throw in a few:
1: Sean said in last AGM that no CR in the foreseeable future 2 months before the 19.3c CR, he was either lying or the CR was a swift decision. Guess what, money raised and sat in the bank suffering exchange rate paper loss. And this Sean even dares to say that we don't hedge, which made me believe all the years I have been hedging to minimise my exposure to currency fluctuation are wasted. (I am in the building industry and buy overseas material all the time, we pay a bit premium to lock in the rate so we know where our margin is)
2: LDA was paid to leave July last year, guess what, they are back on board with warm hugs 5 months after. I am seriously disgusted to make any sense out it. Isn't paying them and keep an amendment in place better that the current dealing?
enough venting, but still in the hope that common sense prevails.

I'll try to get a response from Peter when I give him a call, he knows all about the loyalty and has met many Australian shareholders, with 3
NED's on the Board from Australia, nothing should ever be taken for granted, my personal attitude is that, we are still making forward steps, yes it's bloody frustrating seeing our share price so damn low, are we undervalued ?? it's hard to say when we see the quarterly revenue, it's depressing, lets be honest...BUT, why are big corporations still engaged with us ? because we have something that's definitely disruptive.
I agree with many of the regular posters, and my opinion really is, the company has to reveal exactly why this moving to the US at this stage
is so important, I want them to be upfront and truly sell me the idea WHY, NOT JUST BECAUSE THEY SAY SO.....many in Australia on this stock
are really hurting, yet we have a brilliant technology, don't you all agree ?
What we really need is AKD II and TENN's to infiltrate the ASX and counter the BOTS once and for all, the trading pattern and individual lines
make me sick......corruption at its finest..........ASIC make me sick as well.......absolutely gutless !!!!
