BRN Discussion Ongoing

Tend to agree with others who have posted musings on potential DoD, or associated company / vendors that we are working with, having an influence (direct / indirect) on near term directions.

We noticed that more recent job vacancies require the ability to secure DOD clearances. Fair enough given contracts like the one with the AFRL and yet to be named aerospace entity subcontractor.

Maybe continuing / additional work with the likes of Bascom Hunter and Quantum Ventura?

Given this need for DoD clearances I also wonder if some of our more prominent (and big losses definitely) like Rudy and Anup were collateral damage and maybe wouldn't be able to secure said clearances?

I don't know the requirements of course, but would being a US citizen be one? I would guess that potentially Anup was maybe on a company sponsorship to get to the US for example?

Could also be way off base with those assumptions but...?

Also, it is intriguing what @Frangipani found and posted re the TENNS on GitHub HERE

Given TENNS is being used with Akida 2.0 for the AFRL contract from memory, is it possible that public repositories and details around it and its other forms like Pleiades etc have been removed public access for sensitivity reasons...who knows?

I'm not sure how much detail would be in the repositories.

You can still find papers on them obviously like these links below, including Brainchips own white paper (on TENNS but to get Pleiades / Eye Track you need fill in your details first for some reason to get them) and Rudy's Centaurus presso paper just published Jan 25, first link.

TENNS Pleiades

The above paper has been discussed previously and used a DVS camera, but when I was looking through it I see in Appendix A they were also using the following:

B.2 Prophesee GEN4 Roadscene Object Detection
Following a recipe similar to the original paper, we remove bounding boxes that are less than 60 pixels in the diagonal. In addition, we perform event-volume binning which simultaneously performs spatial resizing from (720, 1280)

The results in Papers With Code were pretty good I'd suggest with about 14 on the Leaderboard.

LDA Capital pricing period starts this Friday, so we need news flow now.

It's rabbit pulling time.
Guess they will be helping the shorters out to close there positions and let’s not forget with help from our BOD as well. So unless we get some news pretty quick or at least worse case before May I’ll be voting no on absolutely everything this year and not just a few like last year.

Hello Fellow brners, happy hump day. Here's to those like me about to face Cyclone Alfred head to head being in Brisbane and those in its path as well. Stay safe and whoever took all the water and toilet paper from the shelves when I went to get some thank you! I now have 24 hours to locate a shop that has a shelf of anything.

Now onto brn news I looked back some time ago and page 3374 where @Perhaps mentioned nasdaq and also Citicorps holding was interesting with a substantially higher interest now to then. I wonder which shareholders are behind Citicorp?

Anyway I've got a positive outlook on it all and trying to stay positive about Sir Alfred 22U about to cross my path in the next day or two. 🙏

Stay well and come on Brainchip board put some bread on my table please :)

Not real chuffed about Blaize and KAIST getting together..
KAIST, making some big "claims" about neuromorphic chips, last year..

Blaize, just listed on the NASDAQ in January this year and also have no real revenue.

"Blaize Holdings had revenue of $781.00K in the quarter ending September 30, 2024, a decrease of -47.27%. This brings the company's revenue in the last twelve months to $1.97M"

They had a high of $19.25 (not shown on chart) not long after listing and have had a low of $2.80.

Screenshot_20250305-090124_Firefox.jpg

They claim to have a pipeline of over 400 million dollars in prospective sales.

"The Business Combination marks a major milestone for Blaize as it continues building its transformative new compute solution that unites silicon and software to optimize AI from the edge to the core. Blaize has strong traction with over $400 million in a qualified pipeline of prospective customers it expects to engage in 2025 and a global footprint with Tier 1 supply chain relationships.

Food for thought, on how we "could" be received coming on to the NASDAQ, with no real traction happening, if things are still not moving, due to ASX "throttling"..

There has already been a lot of debate about Brn redomiciling, Some say that it’s a great idea and some say not.
I am concerned about the fact that Brn have so far shown very little progress with revenue. Yes, I know that there are partnerships and Akida is being used in a variety of products and that interest is building but the SP keeps falling. Quite honestly I believe that most SH are currently waiting on progress but it just keeps getting delayed for various reasons.

I believe that if we vote for Brn to move to US exchange we will lose the ability to interact and have a say in the company’s future. I believe management needs to prove to the SH that we have a strong future. So far, in my opinion, they have not.

Now, I would be all for the move if our current SP was $2-$3 but at 20 cents, no way.

I have held shares in a company that did a share reconciliation and that turned out to be a disaster. All that happened was that the SP was driven down further but instead of having 100,000 shares you now had 5,000.

With the SP being at its current level, it would be disastrous to allow such a move.

I know some people will come at me for daring to state such negativity but we have to look at this honestly.

If Brn have a solid contract that would warrant such a move then ok let’s hear it but if it’s just in the hope that it will make it better, no way.

If at the AGM the SP is still as it is currently then I’m voting NO and urge others to do so.
Just my opinion.

Ericsson has some neuromorphic usage mentioned in his patens, right? (wording: "like Intel Loihi2, Aikda...")

Ericsson Research developed a radio receiver prototype for Intel’s Loihi 2 neuromorphic AI accelerator based on neuromorphic spiking neural networks, which reduced the data communication by 75 to 99% for energy efficient radio access networks (RANs).
Source: https://community.intel.com/t5/Blog...s-How-Intel-Labs-Neuromorphic-AI/post/1588697

So, actually I guess no Akida...

Have also a view here: https://ai-ran.org/mwc-2025/

Can't see how Loihi can beat us. Intel Loihi at the moment is only a research chip so it's not for commercial use.
Good to trial and compare with others such as AKIDA but that is about it.

One thing for sure whenever shorts become active brainchip have a news or two to support them. Like last time when they started their act , Antonio told us sp will do what it has to do. Then we are out of asx 200 and pressure build on holders, shorters close some positions, then again company make a credit raise and more than 2% shorts closed their position in a day. But Sean was telling us new institutions investors will be on board after this CR.
Now they increased their activity since last month and we got that unnecessary news of Anil no more a substantial holder even the same news was given in 2023, there was a lot of pressure on sp and then come out annual report, no one was expecting more than what they told us but accompany that with another on market sell off of 40 million shares and a plan to redomicile to US without any plans, how it will be materialized.
So all these circumstances I can only hope team brainchip is on our side and not the other way around.
Hope sustains life, but think rationally why they cannot find anyone better than LDA all the times?, do we need the same CFO without getting through any better financial deals? Matter of fact we are paying our CFO more than a million dollars in salary with a revenue of less than .4 million, with a work force of less than 70 persons and all the times making mistakes on asx announcements.
I think without a result we may need to change the whole team brainchip.

Maybe they have no intention of doing it this year but instead
were just looking to see what sort of support they would get before the AGM.
Which i will say is not very much with an SP of 20c.
Remember the forum is a very small % of shareholders.
There is 43000 and i am sure there was a lot of those bought in over $1.
Looking for a nice boost first.

One must be realistic ..... IMO, the decision / issue to relocate to the USA, has most likely already been made by the Top 20 s/holders.... this newly raised issue is just imo another deflection from the real issues at hand of there being no IP deals being made before this upcoming AGM.
