And with all the sell stacking, share price supression and manipulation, they will attempt to buy us for a steal.

EVERYONE SHOULD DO THEIR RESEARCH. KNOW THE REAL VALUE OF WHAT YOU ARE HOLDING.

Not peanuts like our current sp imo. I won't be agreeing to any buy out south of $10 a share personally, and even that would be a bargain for the buyer imo

I agree we're becoming very appealing and our exposure is rising given the recent contracts of validation
I think we still need 1 or 2 medium contracts signed (hopefully prior to the AGM) to put us firmly on large companies takeover lists.
If takeover offers were incoming, at some point you would want BRN to have already been propelled to a few dollars share price in order to receive a premium offer from that point or you'll end up with an offer that while above the current price is in my opinion very poor!!

Of course, not being taken over and paying dividends and perhaps listing on the NASDAQ is my preference.

If BrainChip, in addition to the continuous development of its products, the expansion of its partner network, and its collaborations with universities, finally achieves significant revenue, it is crucial to sustain this in the long term. However, the first major step must be taken to encourage other companies to follow suit and break the barrier to adopting our technology. After that, anything is possible—even BrainChip buying Intel! Just my opinion.

My opinion is not worth much but our large inside holdings will ensure only a 'too good to refuse' offer would be accepted.
While the BOD see high growth ahead they will not be letting go. You make your name and reputation heading up high growth new tech stocks. We make our money holding..
Tony Lewis in response to where will BRN be in 5 years ( CES 25 interview) said " in everything". Tongue in check of course but we get the picture.
Both Sean and Tony V have been accumulating and you can bet they continue to do so - check the latest 'Director holding notices' - some posters refuse to acknowledge this as real accumulation and resent RSUs' being part of their salary in lieu of cash - that is ok but their shares balances are real.
The point i make is that insiders are holding and those still on staff are accumulating. What does that tell us?
There is a lot of water still to go under the 'Deal' bridge but hopefully we will start to get some flow soon.
The good news flow has been picking up since Sept'24.
I have noticed in stocks that good news tends to have runs that can last a while. Lets hope ours continues.
$10 would be an absolute floor for me - we are a global business not an Aussie business with some overseas branches - so we make global money not Aussie money and it sometimes can be hard for Aussies to get their head around all this.
We only have around 2 bill shares on issue and that sounds big for an Aussie stock but its small fry compared to the US. NVIDIA has circa 25 billion on issue most issued before it became a Titan.

Like him, or loathe him, he is going to shake things up - and this is what America has asked for.

Is it the green light for US investors to invest in BrainChip. No more regulation, not hamstrung by goodness knows what, and BrainChip not required to hide under a bushel anymore.

Go forward and prosper young "BrainChip".

This could very well be the line in the sand for the start of a sustained growth in MC.

Since the September'24 lows of 15.5 cents (week ending 6/9/25) we have seen recent highs of 45 cents (now 33 cents).
Some may well give Sean some recognition for the news flow since that low - and why not.
May be it's all coming together.

I thought may be in the startup bubble but maybe not considered a startup anymore and they may not fit in most other bubbles given neuromorphic architecture.
