The only skin the BOD has in AVZ is the 1 million shares at 6c that Nigel bought some years ago, a couple of months wages. All the other shares have been given to them.

So if you were gifted 50 million shares and you were in NF position which is the same as our position would you just sit down and give up or would you work your arse off to achieve what could be ???!!!

I appreciate that words matter. I am conveying a sentiment of positivity and support for the post and of the AVZ team and board on a chat site that has included a lot of very negative sentiment. Including a lot from myself. I appreciate that you may not show up to work for free. I run a business and at times when my business is struggling, to ensure staff are paid I do exactly that. Nigel has been overcompensated in the past and he should indeed show up and work for free because we already gave him a lot. Additionally the board members who are mining professionals should be working for free as they are completely useless to us at the moment so they are not exactly showing up for anything why should they be paid. We need all our resources in legal. My criticism of this is that we were not made aware of this earlier and it has allowed negative sentiment to fester. It certainly has in me. As an investor since 17c it’s difficult to reconcile boards being paid and executive bonuses during trading halts. That money should all be put back into the kitty to avoid any missed bills at the courts. Seeing that this has to a degree happened makes me as an investor satisfied. As I say the cynic in me has left the chat. But keep pushing, I’m sure you can draw him back again.

Well i spoke to him on the bat line today, i got the honour of being invited to catch up with him prior to the AGM for a Q & A.
He informed me that the shackles are off and i can ask questions freely to the BOD, but he said that most of the questions i have, he could answer himself.....and like i said before, he was in a positive mood

Thats true, but he has a bit more wriggle room and freedom to portray his thoughts on his X account without letting the cat out of the bag , which is where he is most comfortable and he gets to share intel with people he trusts, with inner sanctum knowledge.
I guess thats the perk i get for taking the trouble to visit AGMs and rubbing some shoulders.
That being said, positive whispers is encouraging, but ultimately i want to see that translated to FACT so we can all discuss openly.

Bray, i get your frustration, everyone does, but dont forget who the real enemies are in this shit show, it aint the BOD, yes they have made mistakes , but they have also done alot of things right and were worthy of their remuneration until we got suspended. I know for a fact Nigel and co are hurting just as much as you and everyone else about the state of play and they are working hard to provide a solution.
They are dealing with the scum of the earth, in a fucked up juristiction, with endemic corruption in all directions

We are all being played mate, not just you and we aint fools, just innocent victims who invested in a coy that happens to be a behemoth in the wrong end of town where nasties are trying to steal from us and dont give a fuck.
Keep the faith, it aint over until its over and if a certain piece of news materialises into fact, then its going to provide our enemies with a jolt of reality that we aint bending over any time soon and hopefully that will prompt a negotiated outcome going forward and get us out of this head fuck mess.

You deserve the perks mate . I used to get those perks too via private mail until I blew a gasket . They usually started with , 'keep this to yourself .' Of course I went and told a few friends and family members only to wind up looking like a complete moron . To be fair none of the intel over the past 2.5 years has come to diddly doo . We are definitely due some luck . I'll be happy if we have secured funding . These corrupt scumbags do not want this getting to the ICSID .
