Big day today! I am very nervous for the sp, I think that we are headed lower no matter the outcome of the vote. Sean may have a nugget for us but I doubt he would have left it for the AGM. Figures won't look great and I'm not sure he can say anything he hasn't already said to instill confidence. In my opinion, we will see over the remainder of the week, who is prepared to give BRN another 12 months.
I certainly am, however my confidence that the sp will move skyward over the next 12 months is waining. A couple of reasons for this are, why capital raise if we are about to sign huge deals and why would senior management jump ship right before huge announcements.
All my own opinion.

It makes no sense selling now if you've held to this point imo. If one had such little confidence in the company, surely you wouldn't still be holding.

The institutions ARE ACCUMULATING.

The manipulation is evident and rife in the intra day trading detail. The manipulators have been spreading fear and doubt on social media, a blind man could see the desperation / manipulation.

I honestly don't know what kind of person chooses to make money like that or how they could possibly sleep at night.

If you've done your research, you know what you're holding. I'm not in this for the short term sp movement.

More patience will be greatly rewarded imo dyor.

P.S Obviously, I do feel sorry for those who cannot wait any longer who are forced to sell now due to time constraints and personal financial difficulties.

You can still cast a vote live via Lumi app as per the agm announcement instructions.

The cut off date was if you nominated a proxy, eg the chairman or someone else.

I voted early to get it done and make sure it counted in case there were technical glitches.

I personally don’t see voting for a strike as beneficial to the company. It’s the equivalent to kicking an own goal in soccer!

Like many I’m disappointed with the current SP but I still have confidence in the long term prospects of the company so I don’t see any point in disrupting the ecosystem they’re building or confidence in the company from prospective customers.

As far as remuneration goes; if we want the best minds and leaders in their fields; we have to pay them what they’re worth in this extremely competitive market!

I’ll be happy to get this AGM behind us and look forwards to the future. With so many partners surely we’ll get some early mover revenue before years end!

P.S. I’ve decided to protest the R&D budget though! Creating science fiction technology and protecting it with patents is obviously a waste of time because every time Brainchip announces a new patent the share price goes down.
Obviously retail doesn’t see any value in building a technology moat so let’s just save money by cutting that expenditure

To me remineration should not be a concern at all. But then revenue is getting generated.
To me management should be more clear about objectives and expectations. We are going through a phase which is not very favourable for retail holders. But the same retail holders wants to become millionaires without any patience.
I 100% assume there is a big change in IP signing contract. Even we can see the previous 2 signed ips are not worth anything but just paper even after more than 3 years.

That's a very good example. I'm sure many can agree the MB price spike was hyped Fomo buyer. The drop to the lows we sit is likely extreme also in my opinion cause if the board was to sell this technology to some partner im sure the sale price be more the 300 million USD. For a product that is finished and working in space I'm not sure on the privice but not like the fear mongering say either. Anyway we will see what is the word of advice and direction.

Don’t expect too much for today’s share price! They will not tell you some unexpected news or amazing announcement because by rule, they should have done it before the AGM. Just my opinion. Don’t panic if the shareprice drops (that’s funny because it drops already 3 years ) have a nice Brain!

25% for a spill....moves to 50% at the actual AGM....I personally can't see that eventuating.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if resolution 1 gets up that in affect means nothing really happens for 90 days, so resolution 9
kicks in and if 50% or more vote for a spill at the AGM it gets dealt with there and then, is that correct ?

I haven't voted as yet, so it's the AGM for me, but getting it over and done with asap at the AGM would be my pick, and the odds
of 50% or more would be rather slim in my humble opinion, who wants the potential unrest and negativity associated with this
outcome dragging on over 3 months, certainly not me, just saying.

I give the revenue train to January to show some signs of life, or I will be very disappointed, there, I have laid my hand bare.

Love the technology, but not the headwinds associated with being a leader in state-of-the-art disruptive technology !

Yes, I get that it takes time but if we were able to land 2, why can't we land more?
