What will next week reveal……somethings happening imo?
Five interesting events to consider as a collective of activities in the last few weeks:
1. TIA is extended to same date as TH extension. We have been told before it will take them a few weeks to finalise the TIA after the ML is awarded…..so why only extend TIA to the same date and not end of April?
2. AVZ withdraw court action against Comminiere for the ROFR 15% sold to Z. Why do that now? What is the compromise being negotiated here?
3. AVZ via agent Jens requests Shareholders ease off the twitter communication offensive against the DRC ministries for a week. Why?
4. Marius doing the rounds of talk shows giving interviews and getting the truth out to the wider DRC community. Why now?
5. Nige and John pictured in suits in Kinshasa. Why? Who are they meeting? Unusual for pics to emerge like this….and Nige needs to update his tie collection from the 80’s.
Something going on…but what?
Will Dathcom be awarded the ML for entire 13359 now AVZ have rolled over and withdrawn court case for 15% ROFR?

I'm wondering if this is all a MoP face saving exercise that AVZ is now being encouraged to take part in before it gets to the ICC . MoP is a protected species .
