The TMH share price has been sinking since the beginning of the year, down at least 21.28% at the time of this post. But why???

Despite acquiring a series of arguably very dated (and no longer relevant) websites, this may in part account for the shortfall recorded in their recent announcement "Entitlement offer closure and notification of shortfall"

Then there is this from their recent annual report which also may partially explain share price movement.

When will it end? Would you sink a $1000 of your hard earned into this company?

Not much cash left.

Possibly time for another Capital raising and dilution of existing shareholder ''value''?

After employees salary, there isn't much left, especially when you factor in the fact that they have recently acquired two companies that are also of very low value prospect and is failing as a business model with the advent of FB marketplace and strong competitors such as carsales.com.au
