Virawarn covid detection... Akida?

Sent an email to Virawarn asking about internet connection for their hand held breathalyzer and room covid detection devices. This is the reply...

"Thank you for your inquiry for ViraWarn COVID-19 detection. I wanted to let you know that the first of the ViraWarn instant COVID-19 detector models, Patriot by ViraWarn, is finally available to order. Regarding your question about internet connectivity, it currently does not have internet connectivity; rather, it alerts via an LED alarm. Please feel free to give me a call so that I can answer any other questions that you may have regarding the Patriot by ViraWarn model."

They do have Qualcomm as major partner supplying chips along with other partners Panasonic, Bosch and a few others. Maybe someone with more knowledge may be able to answer if chips other then Akida can do this job without internet???
