Do I understand correctly that Talga offers shares for the land? I don't always understand this kind of info correctly.
I also can't figure out who gets them. Could this be some kind of compensation and participation in the project. The shares are still cheap, but in a few years they will be worth many times more. Maybe someone can enlighten me how I understand this correctly.

I had the same question. I immediately thought of the land registry. But that the answer to our question is so easy to find! The distribution looks like this:
