There are plenty of other "players" in the cancer treatment "game". They can pull you in with one off treatments to "kill tumors". They will have animations showing it happen. In reality it isn't the tumors that kill you, it's the fact that they spread to organs and become inoperable.
Stop the primary from spreading. Then resect the primary.
I don't care what method they are using. But if the primary aim is not to prevent metastasis for an ongoing period of time then you should ask yourself what hope of success do you have? So monoclonal ab's, oncolytic viruses, etc have only a passing interest.
CAR-T applied to metastatic cancers, because it engineers your own immune cells that have a memory, looks like the best hope by far. There are many clinical research organisations working on this, even a few listed on the ASX. Good luck to all of them.
