Fox Corp. shares fell more than 9% and were on pace for the largest drop since at least March 2020 after The Wall Street Journal reported that Rupert Murdoch has proposed a recombination of Fox and News Corp, the two wings of his media empire. News Corp. shares jumped around 3.8%.
