They should be producing by the end of the year. They now have access to higher grade ore due to the settlement with the Thai Govt.

They were a multi year dividend payer before the mine was shutdown by the Govt.
Fortunately they had been doing things right with multiple awards for safety and running a very good mine.
Also fortunate was the fact that Australia have a free trade agreement with Thailand and arbitration has been taking place for the last few years.
The company had the choice of going ahead with arbitration (which are ready to hand down the decision) or settlement. The arbitration was said to be around 1 billion dollars but the company decided to go ahead with mining instead as they must see a lot of profit ahead.
The mine is a low cost producer and had been low grade but now they have 4 mining licences and 44 new prospecting areas and are ready to get back into operation asap.
