Investment manager Janus Henderson will cut staff numbers by up to 5 per cent as part of efforts to reduce costs under the leadership of new chief executive Ali Dibadj. Activist investor Trian Fund Management, run by Nelson Peltz, revealed its stake in the company in 2020.
