HCA Healthcare Inc. and McKesson Corporation are joining research forces. The two health care giants have agreed to form a joint venture combining McKesson subsidiary US Oncology Research and HCAâs Sarah Cannon Research Institute, according to a news release. Dallas-based McKesson will own 51% of the joint venture and possess operating control.
