Once this has settled and we have allocated our allotment of shares to those who excepted our offer I expect our board to be very forceful in there moves . What I can see happening is a bullseye cap raise to raise funds which can not be denied for the companies progression which will ultimately lead to EMR holding more than 50% !
Have a look at what shangdong has done to FML and I fully expect our board to do the same ! Not pretty but if this is what our management want to do then they have my full backing
