Li-S batteries is just one application of BNNT. and they seem to be progressing well.. refer to LIS forum for details on LIS. Understand with sulphur and BNNT usage the battery weight is less and used in UAV as such.
Other usage in ballistics glass as bnnt provide strength and reduces weight and size.
used in dental though not heard much.
Recall Robin sharing in presentation that BNNT has 78 identified applications and they targeting only 5-6 for current commercialization. Also they make lowest cost bnnt in world..
