BRN Discussion Ongoing

Hey FJ, what became known as "Akida" was always the end goal, it's in our name 😛

The software solutions of "BrainChip" Studio and "BrainChip" Accelerator, were supposed to be a profitable bridge, to that goal.

They spent way too much money, building that bridge, which wasn't spanning the length and then decided to focus solely on "The Chip".

BrainChip, has encountered many roadblocks and detours, some of its own making and some outside our control..

We've been working at providing the market, something that it didn't need yet (going against the wisdom, of someone like Steve Jobs).

"We" can see the pure genius, in truly "Independent A.I." but the Market wasn't there yet.

Ken Scarince, said a few years ago now, that we were "disrupting a Market that hadn't been created yet".

Well that Market is now being created.
So I don't think we'll have to wait too much longer..
Software is now back on the table, in a big way too, due to everything changing so quickly, but "chips" will still be needed, in "Far Edge" applications, which will be practically everywhere and in everything.

Unless we're all wrong of course 🤔..
I hope we are involved in Chiplets

Series B funding led by Decarbonization Partners will support Guidewheel in scaling its AI-powered FactoryOps platform to empower the world’s factories to cost-effectively drive both financial and sustainability goals
SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Guidewheel, the leader in AI-powered FactoryOps, raised an oversubscribed $31 million Series B funding round led by Decarbonization Partners, a partnership between BlackRock and Temasek. Ecolab, Rethink Impact, and GSBackers also participated in this round, alongside existing investors Greycroft and Breakthrough Energy Ventures (BEV), among others.
Guidewheel provides the first way to bring AI to the factory floor at scale—every machine, in every factory. Inspired by the universal truth that every machine on the factory floor uses power, Guidewheel starts with non-invasive sensors that simply clip like a smartwatch on the power draw of any machine to bring its real-time “heartbeat” into a connected, AI-powered FactoryOps platform. Guidewheel empowers teams to reduce lost production time, increase efficiency, and enhance performance over time, delivering fast, concrete ROI through its technology, with customers reporting an average of 41% more production from their existing assets.1 Within the same FactoryOps platform, Guidewheel builds in all the tools manufacturers need to track and manage energy and carbon towards sustainability goals.”

The German exchanges aren't doing anything special..
Well the post by Rayz on HC shows a comment by Laurent Hili on the picture every one is critical.

If you look further into the likes you will see Dan Goldin Ex NASA cheif still with NASA 35 years ninth longest serving administrator appointed by Goerge HW Bush served 9 years loving the comment.

We can argue what we want about the SP cloths revenue of past and things we only view in the past. I question when people of this calibre support the company or companies advertising BRN you have to think really critical who as more credibility in the product Akida these individuals that work in the sectors or TJs Stiffer and the rest of the gallery.? I mean NASA DoD is confidential if they see value they will say squat it will be radio silence. But things are happening in the back ground.

I will say many big companies use small companies to test waters before they put their name and reputation on a project or product.

The USA activity makes sense in the trades increasing cause as appetite for BRN shares grows then this is the market it will happen not in the Australia. I think k the 3 million SPP raise shows the market hear is limited for capital for these ventures. It needs to move to USA which makes me wonder.

As for this Australian company the article mentioned Blie spiral using a GPU Nvidia so if they use Akida I don't know is there a possibility of it being software atm yes but I have not looked to close on this so it's a low speculative dot possibly nothing unless more information is provided on the specs which I have not seen.

Morning Deadpool ,

Too true.

Funnily enough ......... the two Firms they have engaged to fix their the problem & their negligent behaviour just happen to be BrainChip Partners.

Accenture plc & Tata Control Systems.

😉.

Imagine that.

Each time I see an image of Sean H my spirits sink. This latest photo is as bad as it can get. We are trying to introduce an elegant and clever idea, at precisely the time when it is relevant. As with all companies selling the almost incomprehensible, the external massaging has to be one of evident care. Everything we do externally, in our design, our dressing, our words, we do carefully, elegantly and skilfully. So you can believe that the bits you cannot see, the chip design, the software, continue this thread of care, for the finest details. Everything matters, top to bottom.

99.99% sure we aren't....Intel are, but Peters architecture is different, way different.

Happy to be corrected by the man himself.

Can only hope that this is the start of something beautiful.

Is this some kind of a joke, by the ASIC??..

"ASIC Chair Joe Longo said, ‘ASX’s statements go to the heart of trust in the integrity of our markets. We believe this was a collective failure by the ASX Board and senior executives at the time"

The ASIC sit on their hands and just watch all the BS going on.

Then they pat themselves on the back..

"On 7 March 2024, ASIC announced ASX had paid a penalty of $1,050,000 following an ASIC investigation into its compliance with the market integrity rules. More recently, ASIC took action against a ‘pump and dump’ scheme and attempted manipulation of commodities markets. These proceedings underscore ASIC's commitment to ensuring all market participants comply with the law"

Meanwhile, the ASX writes off the project (CHESS replacement) for 250 million, which is more than likely well above it's costs and claims a very meaty tax offset.

"That review identified significant challenges with the solution design and its ability to meet the ASX’s requirements. Following the release of the Accenture Report, ASX decided to pause the project and wrote down costs of $250 million".

They are literally a bunch of dancing overpaid clowns, like all government bodies, that are only funny, when they're not trying to be..

Esq 111 …is it to adventitious to suggest a scroll dissection say 5 on each day while we twiddle our thumbs.
To Reignite some new idea’s or would that be painful.
Afternoon Smoothsailing ,

One should always consume a scroll in one sitting , preferably with a stiff drink , as it conveys the might of industry toying with our tech.

Personally I find having all info in one location keeps it straightforward to understand.

Another far greater ..... and incredibly well compiled source of links is from @Neuromorphia under the thread heading of Brainchip Akida Ecosystem.

This is like a forensically compiled document with all the detail logged.

No longer ARM in arm

Some of these "Big Companies" aren't as robust as they appear..

"Santa Clara, California-based Intel had cash and cash equivalents of $11.29 billion, and total current liabilities of about $32 billion, as of end June"

Selling all their ARM shares, is like someone selling an important asset, just to keep in front of things..

I'm not sure if that was a good idea, especially when it comes to securing market share in this rapidly growing market in any way possible... Anyway, they must know themselves how to make themselves profitable again. However, I suspect that some projects will be further cut. Perhaps they chose this path to avoid laying off even more staff... Focusing on mass-market products instead of spending money on long-term developments that lead nowhere!
Hope they put some amount of money to buy brainchip shares 😂👍

If ARM was an arm, BRN would be its biceps💪!

I suppose Intel wouldn't need Arm if they bought a licence from us. This is what I'm trying to convince myself of anyway.

Yeah but this would be a huge conflict between them with us in the middle! Because arm is also our partner 🤔
