BRN Ann: Appendix 4E - 23rd Feb 2022, 7:04pm

A small point which I liked is that we employed at the rate of 1 new staff every 2.5 weeks
I agree and that is the key point which Sean made in his last presentation. They plan to keep hiring which means they have extreme confidence that revenue will continue to ramp up during 2022…..what was the exact comment….”explosive increase in revenue expected this year”.

All the pointers remain very positive!

I think this is a very nice ANN that means we are de-risking further and proving we are on track.
Funnily enough HC decided to make some "News" titled:

News: BRN Brainchip Posts FY Loss Attributable US$21 Million

How obvious can they be honestly.
Like most here I'd have preferred it didn't retrace so far, but at least most of us are on multiple bags at this point.
I feel for those who bought in recently, but more so for those who have decided to sell into the FUD.
We really are on an amazing trajectory and I hope more people find this site so that the early nuggets can be found again.
I'm sure we'll look back on the year wishing we'd bought more BRN as we start commercialize fully.

I have read the report a couple of times and don't really see any concerns but I guess people interpret things differently.

Read an article this morning by some idiot from Rask Media which started ok but then went on about a capital raise. That's when I knew they were not a reporter because reporters do research on the subject they are reporting on.

In all fairness the LDA Capital arrangement is probably beyond most people's comprehension but I did read the following article which praised the move and thought I would share it.

https://en.antaranews.com/news/2144...nvesta-secures-rp600-billion-from-lda-capital

LDA has made a strong push for building a portfolio of fast-growing global technology companies, with the possibility of attaining unicorn status.

One of LDA’s portfolio companies is Australia’s leading tech unicorn, Brainchip Holdings Ltd, which is a smart chip processor of semiconductors utilizing artificial intelligence and edge computing capabilities.

Since the announcement of the transaction with LDA, Brainchip’s market capitalization has increased by over 20 folds in less than 24 months. Over this period, LDA has deployed capital at rising share prices, thereby allowing Brainchip to optimize and control dilution from the investment.

Depends on if you want to u
Trade it or wait till we hit 10x Microsoft or there abouts ? Now looks to be a good time for the long game .I'm surprised it's gotten this low personally .
(Others more TA astute could guestimate the bottom)

I think it's dropping because of a number of factors.... unrelated to the actual business itself.

1) It's a pullback after a very strong run up.
2) The shorters and PR campaign against it are having an effect
3) The overall market is way down because of interest rate fears and Vlads War on Ukraine.

BRN will continue to fall until one or more of these factors run their course..... or they come out with a killer announcement.
It won't go down forever, and when it turns it will bounce very hard.
Just my thoughts on it
