Hey chippers, I'm back, and so pleased I found you all again. HC is pretty redundant I reckon now. HC is so slow running now, think they must have maintenance issues on that forum. Anyone else found this ??

I got this a moment ago for trying to tell others about this site, pretty poor form IMHO.

This was written by a poster over yonder called Batmans daughter I like what this person writes.
I've topped up because I'm an investment realist - as far as one can be with speculative stocks - and willing to take the calculated gamble on high return potential opportunities.
Biotron of course has created a lot of trader baggage along the way due to its never-ending story with HIV, but this can be played to advanatge for the investor, if one has not been caught holding the bag, say since October 2018, of which there are many on these threads. Taking the opportunity for accumulating now at 50m MC when it can rise to 500m if all goes to plan in this new chapter of the story, is a probability within my game plan.
I've only lightly skimmed the threads and havn't found too much significant; nothing personal. Fascinating that MM won her award. Maybe because I have a few trolls on ignore is why I havn't read the irony about this sideline event. I'm sure the sad scribes were busy on this news. More significantly though, what would have been the judges reasoning for their runner-ups decision?
It certanly wasn't the return to shareholders. But of course, returns are the end and not the means to success, so I supoose the judges saw something that investors recognise; that significant progress is being made. One could be forgiven that after three years since Bioton's last significant HIV milestone, the commencement of two new HIV trials and the publication of a sole, abeit significant research paper, makes for a low bar to receive the said award, resulting in the SARS2 work must have been part of the judges equation. And why not, the pandemic is a major event, and Bitron's results are noteworthy to date. Even reward worthy.
Naturally a little disheartening that the CTAP application is still being formulated, but understandable. It requires a lot more than the submission of the data achieved so far, but the mere mentioning of CTAP in the last announcement compared to a simple referral to FDA is very noteworthy, and end of Q1 is 'not long now.'
I note many comments above regarding the pandemic in general, many mistaken. The idea that nothing can come from Bitron's efforts because we're too late, is certainly not part of my investment thesis. In short, there is room for many antivirals, for many years to come. Considering that we are likely to enter the beginning of the program very soon, and there are only two others, one of which is weak, puts BIT225 is in a great position.
