Interesting Davey selling 10M. At least explains some of the weakness - thats a fair few to offload.

He had 28M shares as security for a loan…….I would say that with the market turmoil etc etc. that it might have been time to settle that loan with the sale of some shares………who knows!…….he bought the majority of them at .03 cents and has definitely put his money and expertise behind BET to get them up to where they are today.

I can just imagine the crap comments about to hit HotCrapper
I wondered if he needed the cash for his slice of BetR?

Agreed, in 3, 2, 1....from Biloselhi and FatChina prattling on with their stuck LP record about "how management think it's a sinking ship, they're getting out" (despite the price actually being LOWER than this previously...and the selling taking place into the good news uptick, during that $0.79 to $0.62 range) and having nothing at all to do with "Matt Davey stepping down from the Betmakers board, however remains a long-term shareholder of the company...(effective immediately)" as highlighted in the announcement of 21 April 2022, fourth dot point.

My take ? Probably wanted to get some spending money before then or take some off the table, because it might be a little while before it ticks up again. No harm in that, especially if this new venture requires a bit of money to kick start and/or is listed.

That was my first thought as well, it will be interesting to see how many they offload over the next week or so.

They are going to need a buy in stake for Betr and it makes sense to offload part of an Australian asset to buy into another public company here.
