Well Teddy, i’m glad you asked!……….TW converted the last of the options under his previous agreement by paying BET $2.3M for 12,882,916 shares (which is 0.18 cents per share under the agreement)…..see ‘Change of Substantial Holder‘ notice on the 12/9/22

Now, this current notice is just TW selling those shares for a substantial profit….no conspiracy short covering theories here…..just a fund manager banking some money to make the Fund look good and to diversify into other assets or cash for a rainy day trade.

So why when TW pumps 10,000,000 plus shares in to cash up the price mysteriously climbed significantly? The shorts pump these in and goes in the other direction. What am I missing?
