Its a shit tonne of shares. But its a trade off for cash. Growth company... the Tripp shares and $15mil (for nothing) is the only thing that stinks

I’m still not convinced that the Tripp deal is not warranted. He’s the guru and although BET have the technology Tripp can sell the sizzle.

The only thing that calms me about is when Anthony Pullin stated that he's happy with Tripp and is looking forward/hoping to/for more deals in the future...
Thw 15mil is dubious, theres got to be more to it. Hopefully its not a blackmail payment to not sell stonk
