Nah, still asleep dreamingI think you are confused with the MorningStar fair value you estimate?
You need 25% of share registry approval .Is there any reason why those in the top 20 cannot call an extraordinary general meeting with BOD?
Sorry for ASX company it is 10% of share registry but if lawyers ask the company for no comment then would be a waist of time and money to set up an Extra Ordinary General Meeting. You need 25% of share registry approval .
Hopefully Mining Minister taste of fine pearls and fashion shoes are not obstructing fine decision making.
Lukonde is never a happy looking chappie is he. Speaking of 'replacements', I saw on twitter that Felix the cheshire cat has 'replaced' a large number of people in various levels of various institutions, courts, tribunals, the counsel of state........things are moving, slowly, probably slower than Nigel's estimated 2 weeks though.
I also read in the Friday minutes that there is a planned exit known as compulsory retirement of a very large number of public servants. The broom is sweeping

Food for thought on the Road to Mining Manono
Frank
It's a dirty dirty tactic that's for sure!Basically the same, play by play. Jesus scary thought. Not sure how keen Felix is to take on the Chinese still.
Could be a case of take on Chinese vs re-election
Surely this is just more BS smoke and mirrors from these morons, seriously, these cunts must be completely self absorbed to try deny their own people the possibility to improve upon there lives for generations. It's disgusting to think of it tbh!"It should be noted that the AVZ’s request to notify the Mining Registry for obtaining an operating permit has since become invalid."

You can have as many decrees as you want but without a license they are not worth the paper they are printed onMeanwhile the MoM issues a decree awarding a mining licence to AVZ.

In conclusion, COMINIERE SA denounces all the false allegations made by AVZ made against it, during its press briefing on July 15, about Manono's Tin and Lithium project and at the same time denounces the manipulation of opinion by this company through the media. Thus, the COMINIERE invites him to stop his campaign of disinformation and manipulation, which she has also undertaken for some time. She would like to remind him that the first rule of any partnership is that of good faith. Only sincere transparency and cooperation between partners can enable the success of the project. COMINIERE SA favors amicable collaboration with AVZ, instead of continuing to be pulled by the media, said its lawyer, Popol Muamba Mukengeshayi.Stop stressing! 100% lost in translation.
Really? I think the decree is very important, not just as part of the process to secure formal ML from Cami but politically important as well. Maybe when making your assessment on things you look a little deeper into the reason/s for certain communications from parties wishing to take advantage of AVZ, rather than getting sucked into believing the content from dishonest DRC parties and foreign actors.
