@Nellie17 , I was referring to the 4th May 2022 decree that involved carving off the northern portion under a separate PR, which presumably we needed to agree to in order for the ML award to have gone ahead.

Yes here is the paperwork for the partial waiver submitted by Dathcom last year showing a 139 south to 82 north split for total 221 carres

He's closing line in the interview is ," Given the value of the 15% (Cong's 15% ) surely there has to be an opportunity to uplift the value ( $$$ for Cong ). He's just outed himself and his MMGA clowns . Cong gets his money , the MMGA grubs get their snack bags and AVZ SH get f--ked up the arse . IMO

If AVZ 60% = 4b
Then Dathomir 15% = 1b

But that's not how contracts work so Cong and his puppets can go fuck themselves

Maybe 18 months ago but not now. Cominiere have been granted the PR renewal. Most likely we have been offered the south in return for dropping all arbitration proceedings against the DRC and its controlled entities. Or it's off to the ICSID we go for years with god knows how much dilution needed to fund legal costs. It's take it or leave it at this point imo
