Key words 'cession partielle' imo
cession partialle = partial transfer
Is the partial transfer from exploration to mining as per AVZ's original plan?

just a thought.

Have you been able to confirm if the decree is legit?

Fair enough CAMI has to follow the decree if it is indeed real but why is the MoM doing this now against the ICC emergency order. Surely the renewal of the PR could have waited until the first week of November or 13359 could have just been transferred back to Dathcom and converted to PE like the mining code says it should. Why would we need a renewal of PR when our first decree was done after the original expiry date?
ICC emergency order is against Cominiere Carlos , not MoM ; it’s their decision to do as they wish , MoM isn’t there to mother them

Pure speculation from me but perhaps they are 'selling' part of it off to Dathcom for free as part of the settlement in the MoU. Just the southern part that we drilled is my inkling. Zijin and Cominiere take the north and we are left with the south with CATH and whichever other Chinese entity bids higher than AVZ can afford for the other 15% that the ICC is about to tell Zijin it can't have. Cong will be given his 25m USD and some of the north to go away. This would mean the DRC avoids all potential litigation including from Zijin against it or it's controlled entities imo
If you think that after all of this shitshow, at the very end we will cede the north to those fuckers..... No chance, nada, zilch as Chilla says

Not the way I see it. MoM is calling the shots here not Cominiere. Her citing the Dathcom JVA being terminated and extending Cominiere's rights is a violation of the ICC order when CAMI under her supervision executes it on behalf of Cominiere. But it's good to see you've logged out of photoshop and started to deal with reality. As a wise jedi once said the truth is often what we make of it.

IMO now that the ICSID case is in progress, Nigel will take this all the way to the ICSID before rolling over & ceding the north to those pricks, can you imagine if the whole world finds out throughthe ICSID case that the largest lithium deposit in the world has been stolen by the Chinese WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF DRC MINISTERS & PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE THAT THE CASE HAS BEEN LOOKED AT BY THE PRESIDENT & THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE then the DRC can kiss goodbye to any and all international investment & world bank funding moving forward. They will forever be known as a subsidiary of China.

It just does not align with anything that we have heard or seen recently. If we were ceding the north to Comineire & Zijin, why have AVZ made clear this week and last about the MoU in regards to the refurbishment of the Hydro Station.

Even with all that mica in the north?

Nigel said he wasn't worried about the north at the roadshows last year. Obviously AJN considerations made that more complicated at the time but they're out of the picture now. As a shareholder I too would prefer the ICSID over sharing with Zijin but it's not what I'd pick given no other option by the DRC government if I was running an ASX listed company. Let's see what this talk of MoU brings. I've got the champagne on ice ready to go.

Hey Scoota once again i agree totally with your thoughts here. I think is unlikely Nigel will roll over and will take this all the way if he has to. To this point pretty much everything thrown at us involves corruption and bribery driven iam sure by the deep pockets of the Chinese and there total disregard for the rule of law. In saying that these guys while being totally devoid of ethics or conscience are no doubt smart fuckers and are only to aware that even if they do get hold of our tenement they will have Nigel and a bunch of angry shareholders on their tail for however long it takes. The only way to avoid this situation is to gain control of AVZ hence the Chinese backed MMGA clowns all out bid for board control. I believe that pretty much everything to date has been leading to this and we are and will continue to be inundated with all sorts of bullshit before the AGM in a bid to sway shareholders to the dark side
Now is definately not the time to falter and in fact as these corrupt kunts are doing we need to go full on to make sure every shareholder is fully aware of the real story. Fuck Zijin Cominiere CKK Cong Tommy Lars etc etc

IMO the DRC Gov & Zijin have missed their chance to negotiate a deal for the North. There was potential for it a lot earlier on if they had done a better job at cornering us and actually presenting a reasonable offer instead of trying to snatch the whole thing for nothing.

After everything that has happened now, including continuous illegal wrong-doing and a clear co-operation between Comineire, Zijin, Simon Cong & certain Gov Ministers, i feel like we have the upper hand now and the DRC Gov are backed into a corner. They too made way too many mistakes throughout this and the leverage is on our side.

I wish you are right but I doubt it. The world bank will not stop the financing, it never happened before because of a icsid case. The world needs the drc minerals, the EU & USA will be happy to get some and I guess they know that they can’t destroy the complete influence of china in a few years, they need to start anywhere to push back one day. Hopefully carlos is right and we will see some money one day through icsid, personally I doubt it but would be nice. The bod underestimated the drc in my opinion, and heard a lot of lies. It’s hard if so many parts of the government don’t accept the laws. I said it a year ago, the behavior of the government is the opposite of what to be expected if we really would have their help. Would be a easy order to shut cominiere quite and stop them, but the needed people don’t wanted.
There are parts of me that are still pessimistic and some days i have my doubts aswell, but this isn't a small lithium deposit that the chinese managed to steal through bribes to an african government.

This is THE largest lithium deposit, amazing grade and at surface. We all know the potential of this thing, we could set up 2 or 3x 10mtpa plants over the next 10 years and the profit margins are through the roof. If somehow the Chinese manage to successfully steal this asset off of us, the BoD's current strategy of keeping their cards to their chest and staying reasonably quiet will go out the window and there will be reputational damage for the DRC (I know they already have a bad reputation). I just can't see it happening this far in the game now.

I've spent majority of the time in suspension thinking that we would either lose it all or end up coming out screwed & that we should have negotiated earlier on, but since the ICSID i think it really turned a corner. I had my doubts of Nigel and the BoD but i have to give them credit for getting this far in the game and IMO having the upper hand now. Any negative information that comes out from now until the AGM, i'm not even going to bother worrying about it because even if these documents are real, we don't know the true intent or story behind them. I'm holding all judgement until the AGM.

Anyway i've rambled enough for a friday arvo ✌️

I don't think it's just about the North now . These grubs want the whole thing and don't give a sh1t about international law or their own laws. They are under the influence $$$ of their Chinese masters and will do what they are told . If this is indeed legit then Nigel needs to lock in ICSID ASAP . No point in wasting more money being f--ked around in the DRC .No point in wasting $$$ at ICC either . Lets just hope AVZ didn't throw the baby out with bath water . Where's plan B Nigel . There always has to be a plan B .
