Hey guys, I may have missed it, but, from memory I thought deboss had said a few weeks back he was going to update his info on PH... I haven't seen it recirculated, so assume he hasn't ?

Credit where credits due, he did well outing ph a year ago...

just a shitty little joke, I see he's the chairman of LPM.ax - plenty to lose if it can be proved he's trying to screw a rival coy.

All good we continue to wait

CATH have 9% shareholding in Lithium Plus so I suspect it’s a win - win situation for them which ever way and maybe why they are sitting on the sidelines

If memory serves me right, he mentioned there was still a possibility that AVZ could be close to completing construction sometime this year............:ROFLMAO::eek::cautious:

Last years AGM demeanour was as mild as a pussy cat getting a licking, dont think that will be replicated this year.......;)

If Nigel thought i was a fucking pest last year, he aint seen nothing compared to what i will be this upcoming AGM.

If the ML hasn't arrived prior to the AGM I'd like to ask Nigel if in hindsight it was a mistake not to accept the surface rights for Roche Dure , ,forgo Nth CDL, and just move on with the 1 Billion tonne + project that is Roche Dure ? Our mine would be 2/3 completed or possible TO . SH spared the last 18 month of this Cone of Silence nightmare . Now anything less than the entirety of Roche Dure and CDL is unacceptable .

Hindsight usually allows for easy questions and answers... but, hard when dealing with corruption unethical parties.... give the bastards an inch and they'll take a mile... they may have completely reneged on that also...

If they reneged on it , why wouldn't Nigel inform SH ? No need for that info to be kept from SH . Makes no sense to keep that info from SH.

Wombles,

Can you show me anywhere, where AVZ was offered the surface rights to RD if they gave up CDL?

Cheers,
Nells

Was it not ? If I'm wrong please correct me . My memory is getting worse as I get older . Why was 13359 split in two ? The surface rights may not have been calculated at that point but the intention was clear I thought .

Just to make it clear Nells , I am not anti Nigel . I support our BOD 100% . The MMGA crew can go f--k themselves .

I'm not saying you are anti the board Wombat.
Even though it was split in two, was RD ever offered to AVZ?
I can't find anything saying it ever was.

Cheers

I think someone posted something about this but it was long and I'm too dumb to understand it.
So what happens to a shareholders vote if they don't do anything? I.e don't vote for or against (Regarding MMGA cuntwits)

Everyone votes. End of story.

And if you you are thinking of waiting to hear what MAGMA or "whatever the fuck they call themselves" have to say at the AGM, then it's too late. Votes need to already be in so the numbers will have already decided.

You can vote at the AGM. I did it last year. However I would prefer to vote before

Well this will be interesting …for those who know, know how Peter was ousted by $AVZ shareholders once ; but idiot has climbed out of his grave .

On Peter’s final grave stone it will read -

Peter Hulijich - ‘Lived once ,buried thrice’

I can't attend the AGM. I know I can nominate a proxy. But I just want to know what happens if I just don't vote, not "everyone votes end of story" because I can gaurentee you, there are plenty people out there (not on these forums) that just won't do anything

Most of you should have registered yourselves as AVZ shareholders with the Automic Share Registry. You will probably get a letter in the mail, but it is easier to just do it through the Automic Registry. The link to register your holdings is below

Fairly simple, make sure you vote for our Directors and against the Chinese backed nominee puppets and don't wait until the last minute.... it's just common sense not to!

@Xerof grabbed out the info and proved I'm clueless... It indicated if you don't nominate proxy then votes won't be included....

I am sure by prior to agm (if things haven't already turned in our favour) there would be encouragement by directors to actually vote or nominate them as proxy, rather than remain voiceless and susceptible to khanty behaviour by MMGA... BOD will actively promote this I would think...
