people. Chinese can land bank Manono for as long as it takes . AVZ SH do not want this going to ICSID . It will take years .

Think about it more rationally.
They're corrupt but they're not suicidal. Only people who want ICSID arbitration less than AVZ shareholders are the DRC government you'd imagine.
Chinese will go whichever way the wind blows in the end. They've covered both bases.
