The only negotiating that I wanna see is the TO price.It's probably also worth mentioning that if the process for the ICSID registration was begun some months ago, then the DRC has been aware of this for some months. Under ICSID rules the other party is informed as soon as a request for arbitration is filed. So theyve known for a while that this is coming. Has that changed anything? Maybe, we don't know why Zijin appears to have left the building. Or at least the RCCD. That could be some pressure being applied for an outcome, though the government could fix this simply with issuance of a licence and avoid the ICSID case, so that seems perhaps unlikely. What it doesn't appear to have done is push us all together towards the negotiating table. Yet. As far as we're aware anyway
