I am invested in AVE who were once called Phosphagenics , but the CEO stole money from the company, which did not help, she got 8 years (BITCH) they have an interesting product that is based on vitamin E in what they call TPM, I know it works because I have actually tried a product with in in, they used it in conjunction with a pain treatment very similar to Voltaren Emugel, the same company produces both but the only place you can buy the other stuff is from India, and it works much faster and deeper and better than Voltaren, I don't know why it was not released to the rest of the world? maybe they thought it may cannabalise their Voltaren product, but there were other uses as well? after that Phophagenics became Avecho they had a dispute over claims to intellectual property
rights relating to a lyophilised TPM®-daptomycin formulation; and its claim that Mylan
had not used commercially reasonable efforts to develop TPM®-daptomycin
The terms of settlement were not good and AVE had to agree that if any development of their technology relating to this was saleable Mylan had first rights of refusal, did money change hands in arbitration? AVE have since taken a differnt tack with a method for increasing the bioavalibility of Cannabis for both the OTC market and the recreational market recently, Mylan will have no rights to that technoloogy I believe, personally I think Mylan thought they would send us broke and get their technology for next to nothing? I don't believe that will be the case now, they may have found a different path to market, so if India wants the older stuff still? and I believe they do with their injectables? then they will have to stump up for the rights to it? all in IMHO.
Suffer baby!
