Seems positive ANN to have them say increased liquidity by DTC but could it result in greater share price manipulations, short lenders and short sellers along with affiliated stock bashers?
Time will tell.

I wonder if they are looking to list on NASDAQ...
DTC Eligibility is a prerequisite I think.

From my understanding I think you are absolutely correct that DTC eligibility is a Nasdaq prerequisite. This feels like a lot like they are beginning to get their ducks in a row for a future listing on the Nasdaq.

So. Do we reserve shares for these or they are simply traded from asx pool? So new to this

I thought we would be still a fair time away from the actual NASDAQ though? May be by 2024-25?

There are other requirements I think we are far from reaching as yet. But this is one of them!

Oh well Tech , I suppose we'll have to suck it up and pick up some big boy shorts if we're on our way to the Nasdaq

It is a requisite or 1 of the options

I think you are right. The share price has to start at $5 USD on the Nasdaq which works out to be a 11b AUD market cap. It's coming one day. What a company it will be. Just patience required

Thinking over night about DTC and Brainchip, it would now be so much easier for the likes of ARK and other tech sector funds in the US to take positions. So the supply and demand will be coming into play. Hold them shares and let the weak hands let them go!!

I think they’d have to do a consolidation and make 5 shares 1 or something like that…

If the top 1000 holds around 73% and now German instos getting into the action (with that new one holding around 3%) and possibly a few holders with lesser holdings but are hodlers do you think we still need a consolidation?
If we are trading only on ASX 1.7B soi needs to be looked at, but we are getting signs that they're focusing on US and possibly ?China (Tony's presentation) I think that SOI isn't bad at all.
In fact I wouldn't mind a share split down the track once we are trading at a higher amount per share.

I’ve never held a stock that’s become NASDAQ listed. I’ll be interested to see how the yanks value it... From where we are now though to $5usd is a fair jump.

The consolidation would allow the shares to become more valuable and meet the listing requirement. Just how I see it.

I think the minimum SP is ridiculous if I’m being honest, it’s a terrible way to value a company with differing amounts of SOI - They should use Market Capitalisation as the metric.

Share split once Global demand for shares explodes is only logical , whereby a holder may be more likely to release a few shares back to market and it will reward long term believers with the massive growth we all deserve
