AVZ Minerals Limited (AVZ or Company) is aware of the signing of a framework agreement between the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (GDRC) and Kobold Metals Company (Kobold) (GDRC Kobold Agreement) which, amongst other things, purports to include a commitment by GDRC and Kobold to develop the southern section of the Manono Lithium and Tin Project (Manono Project).

If the DRC will not ENGAGED with AVZ what do you call that...OMG...imo

Despite AVZ’s best endeavours, the DRC did not engage with AVZ during the period
of temporary suspension and that suspension has now lapsed.

No update on the LOCKE CASE...!

AVZ Minerals Limited (AVZ or Company) advises that on 3 July 2025 the Company
was served with a Writ of Summons filed on 26 June 2025 in the Supreme Court of
Western Australia by Locke Capital I LLC against the Company.
