Ive hardly looked at IXR in a couple of years. I figured it was all going to zero, but recent movement has stirred some interest.

Are there any recent broker reports to be had?

Perfect time to open the bottom draw again Mr I.
The next 3 months are going to be insane IMO. Brazil funding figure to be announced July 25th (possibly next Monday announcement), UK funding about 3 months overdue now (it will come before end of September IMO) and now the US could throw out a curve ball that makes the UK and Brazil look like minnows.

I don't have the broker data but the next 12 weeks should be very exciting, especially if we get some from of US DoD funding/agreement similar to MP Materials. I am of the opinion they will snap up Makuutu's product, they'd be stupid not to and then package it up with a refinery and a recycling plant at minimum.

I feel it is too small for broker data at this point based on market cap and the company's propensity to issue a shit-ton of shares for themselves (yeah, still bitter about that one). It currently has the look of being toyed with, traded for pips and the like. I'm not impressed there is never talk of actual "revenue" in anything the BOD announces, so once they drop that word into discussions, look out..

Agreed trial plants and test facilities are needed but the key will be proving the process and converting to revenue streams

With Makuutu I think the price of REE's makes it still unviable to mine so might be a while off there

But we still have exposure to that through Rwenzori Rare Metals Ltd although I'm not exactly sure what % we have there currently???

I think it's 60% but there's a conditional agreement potentially to take ownership to 94% but I don't think that's happened and not sure on the timeframe of the conditional agreement and whether there is an expiration date

I'm not a huge fan of "how we got here" nor how many freebies they continue to give themselves, but financially benefitting from the current purple patch or rerate...

Quotes from the article:

"The officials discussed the technical details of recycling of the magnets, which could bring production online faster than mine projects currently in the works"

"Trade adviser Peter Navarro convened the meeting and told the executives that the administration is planning a major push to boost US production of the minerals, using incentives including guarantees of minimum prices to producers, according to people familiar with the event who asked not to be identified discussing a matter that isn’t public."

I doubt he posted that promoting other REE recycling companies. Not hard to follow the trail!

I am not a holder of IXR as i got out moons ago when the SP was in the 4c range, but i have followed the progress and i gotta say, developments look alot brighter and i think IXR will have a good future going forward.

I thought i would pop a chart for anyone interested, i reckon 2.1c resistance will be the high in the interim, indicators look pretty OB, its possible price may gravitate back to the 1.2c support until the next set of news hits, so for those folks considering a top up..........i would hold fire on that idea for now and just observe, or maybe take a little off the table and put it back in at a lower price.........the decision is up to you.

Good luck all, its been a pretty frustrating hold for everyone concerned, but i think patience will pay off in the end.

@Frank , i know you are a holder mate, good to see you are having a win and stay strong.

When i posted the first chart i mentioned that 2.1c resistance would be the high in the absence of news as the indicators were OB, well it got as low as 1.5c ( sub wave 4 down )....then low and behold 14/7/25 some good news hit in the way of UK funding which catapulted sub wave 5 up to 2.6c. When a full 5 wave series complete, then sub wave 2 down takes place which it normally gravitates to the 50 / 61 fib ratio and that situation has occurred, finding support between the 2 fibs and the 65ema. So what we are looking for now is a clear break of 17c resistance to confirm that sub wave 2 down is complete and the commencement of sub wave 3 up is on. Sub wave 3 up is the strongest of the 5 wave series and i have estimated that could go to 4.7c or higher depending on what news event takes place in the near future.

Can anyone tell me what that could be ?

Great top up opportunity, or for me, good entry assuming FA continues to build, which i assume is the case.

As usual, just IMO, not financial advice.

There's a few things going on with IXR.
I'm assuming funding for the Belfast full scale plant should be near term and a good price catalyst, it's late though.
Other than that it seems like there is a bit going on and one would assume the minor news flow should continue.
Hopefully the long awaited funding news pushes it past 4.7 🤞
