The DRC didn’t cancel Dathcom’s ownership of Manono. The only thing the DRC state did was cancel the legally granted PE for reasons unknown to the mining code. It was Cominiere that purportedly terminated the Dathcom JVA in clear violation of Article 11.1. But you do actually know that and are just saying dumb shit to try and scare people into accepting your fat mates idiotic attempt at taking control of the Manono project without paying fair value to AVZ shareholders.

True, I've had them all on ignore for years, the only ones worth following are @CominiereSA who consistently make fools of and incriminate themselves. Plus the known detractors in Congolese media who are clearly paid by Chinese to distort the narrative and spread disinformation.

I am hoping that " the exciting developments behind the scenes" comment that DEBOSS mentioned alludes to the long awaited LOCKE mitigation funding being formalised.
Will certainly need it to service all those arbitration cases plus give our enemies the big salute in the process........
That may predicate another " exciting development " by way of a MOU deal formally executed as a result.

Locke funding only means we aren't dead tomorrow.
We were meant to have Locke funding a year ago.
Exciting developement behind the scenes means a successful investment.
