The calm of resignation and acceptance that AVZ won't be mining Manono and that it's now about getting out of this with at least part of the shirt on our back.

What's there to say? It's clear every level of government wants us out, our BOD have been strung along and we need to see this through ICSID for a chance at some kind of outcome.

In the meantime, nothing to do but wait.

Would the Ministry of Mines issued that letter refuting MoU discussions if AVZ had secured the $20mil ? MMGA/Chinese scumbags will have moles among the AVZ shareholder ranks .

IMO, yes, it would have been sent regardless. As a counter-memorial was logged by the DRC with the ICSID at the end of July, their actions would seemingly need to be consistent with this. Therefore, IMO, the counter memorial painted a bleak relationship between AVZ and the letter was needed to be sent to justify their position. This is obviously regardless as to any other facts / documents that counter this position which, no doubt, will be used by AVZ when the time is right. IMO, Zijin, the unconscionable puppet master has their grubby paws all over it.

Justifying their position with a letter that is a proven blatant lie and can be used against them at ICSID . That was a letter to derail Nigel's CR $$$ . IMO .
