I'm considering playing with the options, but only when there is more signs about the downturn stopping. That simply means the company needs to actually sign an agreement to produce revenue and stop relying on Government handouts..

I am positive about the end result for this company, just negative about how the Board is getting us there.. The signs are all saying it's currently a lifestyle company eg: million dollar salaries, jetting around the world, jumping from thing to thing, limited communication/updates.

Unlike AVZ, I cannot believe this will be a multi-billion dollar company like others are "promising". My ultimate target is say 20c to 25c at best.

Cheers.

I agree, originally I simply averaged down in the hope to get my money out without losing too much.
Then I started getting sucked in by the promise of the full scale UK plant which is really starting to feel like a carrot on a stick.
Essentially though they need to pull off something of significance to keep any shareholder faith imo. Just one of the many things they've proportedly been working so hard on.
Target here is 5-10c depending on news flow and punctuality, I've already sat on a loss for years without much faith in the company management.

Some positive signs that the intense selling has eased with indicators showing bullish green shoots of a reversal in the making. Confirmation of a reversal would be the SP clear breaking above the 65 / 21 ema.....see what happens

Well the red bubble tells it all, nice fake out and now 22c is resistance . That being said, there looks to be some nice accumulation going on at 19c, we have convergance of the 4, 9, 21 ema, MACD is positive and RSI 14 has a nice trend forming, so positive signs that a reversal could be on its way, but only a clear break of the 22c / 65ema resistance will confirm that.

Where is this fucking UK funding ?

all i want for christmas.gif

Arrgh fuck Wino, hadn't even noticed that announcement 😵
30-1 split!
Yeah it's pretty poxy but was inevitable with so many SOI

Some elsewhere have a bit of spin on it in regards to requirements (potentially) for capital structure in different markets

I would agree the consolidation takes the stock out of the "penny dreadful" space and a smaller SOI can be desirable but I have no direct intel on the move being preparations or positioning for greater visibility, desirability, investment access etc from other/international markets

Not all doom and gloom, a bit of movement to finish off the week, lets see if we can build on that next week, a break of 18c / 65ema resistance would be nice.

I dont have a problem with the consolidation, 6.7b soi was a anchor, if we get UK funding post consolidation then we could get a explosive ride with only 223m Soi on offer....

IXRO looks extremely attractive with 34045548 soi on offer post consolidation i must say .......0.05c currently, might pick up a few there too to round off my holdings.

Fundamentally, the only negative that has changed for me in the last 3 months is that VAC signed a 10 year deal with another recycler in the US for their swarf.

Having seen the team be taken over to Japan by the UK government this has at least levelled my thoughts again.

Trying to take the price action & emotion out of the last month with the pump and dump, I have voted FOR the consolidation in the hope that it is for US & global expansion.

Have finally sorted out my SMSF as well so now my SMSF is 20% IXR...

Unfortunately, if shareholders haven't been averaging down over the last 24 months I can certainly share the frustrations due to the endless dilution and struggle to crack the whip on government timelines, however the amount of irons we have in the fire right now has helped my conviction. There will be many winners in the next 24 month rare earth cycle and were one of (the only?) still producing high purity rare earth oxides in the west.

It's definitely been a bumpy ride and may still be for 6-18 months but I'm of the opinion it will be worth it 🤞🏼

Next pump if it isn't based on any sort of real progress I'll be looking for a way out. I suspect many are feeling about the same.
Given all the promises management need to pull off something that transforms this money pit into something with the prospect of generating revenue.
Right now it's reminding me of the AVZ mining licence era when we were all waiting on the licence to come through which then concluded in total company collapse.
To me the promise of UK funding 1st half this year shows a pretty clear lack of understanding of the processes involved by management. You don't end up with near 7b soi from running a company to its best potential. It's the usual over promise and under deliver to continue sucking money from shareholders through numerous cap raises and then pissing away the money without making meaningful progress.
They pumped out inconsequential news to manage a cap raise at a miserable 1.6c, got pumped and dumped and now they've gone to ground again. Fuckers.

With the consolidation I have increased my expectation to $6 a share.

The last Quarter we finally saw $100k in Revenue - something I've been banging on about for a while. Add the $15m in new funds and that buys about a year of operation at current spending levels.

Didn't expect it to tank back to the raise price, BUT should have known better though!! They all do..

Price is 100% up this calendar year, which is great, but it should be so much higher if you believe the story from the BOD..

MD currently in Japan - seems to be a link to the UK in there as well, so let's see how that pans out.. There's a few decent posts on HC which give hope - I guess that's all it has done for a while......

So your price expectation was the same as mine pre-consolidation....about 20c
