First quarter 2026 tap out I believe is the reference, in saying that we still have plenty of irons in the fire with Akida 1 and 2 that will be profitable very soon imo.

Regarding Onsor it would seem they aren't using the 1500 as the ducks don't line up with early 2026 release imo. So this medical application would be something else 🤔
One of those irons in the fire and the one that got plenty of us excited early on was Valeo. The joint development agreement b\w two parties was signed 2020, one would think 5 years is time enough to make some progress, but just noticed Valeo name has been dropped from BRN’s site and not visible under any of the partners section. With BRN’s gaffs with their website and common mistakes they often make in pressos , it’s hard to say if it’s intentional or not. Does anybody know what happened with Valeo ? have they trialled akida and moved on ? . Lidar was spoken as one of the sweet spots for Akida and who knows what’s the play with hearing aids , we’ve been seeing it mentioned in job ads since pre-COVID times.

Valeo has serious competition in the lidar field. I seem to recall that Mercedes selected Luminar as its future lidar supplier for at least some of its vehicles.

If you add the the comments on linkin from the ex employee to Sean Hehir the other week Why don’t you come clean on how things are really going to shareholders, then the change from CUSTOMERS to TRUSTED BY on Brainchips website, then the change back to making chips from IP Sales, It all paints a picture of failure get ready for another dismal quarterly report follow by fluff then more fluff and statement like 2025 is out year, And Hehir and the rest of his fools still walk away with bonuses larger than the average Australians wage, Bend over shareholders your about to get a Hehir dicken.

There is nothing wrong with a company changing plans/direction, it's called being flexible. It was a smart move by the company, IMO.

It's part of corporate America paying bonuses, but you downrampers fail to acknowledge that, and you keep on mentioning it, like a broken 33 vinyl record, yawn!

That ex employee, is clearly a self-centered person that felt he was not getting enough attention, like a baby, so he got booted out.

Your attempt of making Sean and the directors looking bad are not working on me, and I am sorry to tell you that I am keeping my shares and will be buying more should the opportunity arise.

Yes, and yesterday's anns only get better. Our news dated 23rd April reveals we are integrating the AKIDA 1500 via M.2 card form factor with Andes high performance QiLai SOC.
Perhaps Andes are chasing volume as well as Onsor and likely Bascom Hunter.

Maybe Valeo have been waiting on improvements like Akida Lidar Point Cloud.
Valeo Scala 3 runs at 20 fps. Akida Lidar Point Cloud runs at 173 fps plus I dare say many other improvements. IMO of course. Wonder when Gen 4 is due out.

Yesterday's announcements keep getting better. Onsor already on the hook and Bascom Hunter trialing with a $100k worth of AKIDA 1500 chips.
See our new release dated 23rd April 2025. Andes via the M.2 card primed for volumes as well? - could well be by the time the 1500 is ready or shortly after?.
"The Brainchip AKD1500 device is integrated into the Voyager development board using an M.2 card form factor. "

Of interest:
Andes has shipped IP for over 12 billion SoCs as of 2022, and is ranked the #1 provider of RISC-V CPU IP by SHD Marketing Report.

Agreed.
Switching to IP-only was a SMART move when Sean first started.
And now moving back to chip-making was a SMARTER move.
I can't wait for the SMARTIER move in 2028, or even the SMARTEST move in 2032 perhaps?

I am buying more shares as we speak!

Not advice as always.

Hi SC,

I wasn't aware of Akida Lidar Point Cloud, so I thought it was a pigment of your colourful imagination:

https://brainchip.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/Akida-LiDAR-Point-Cloud-Product-Brochure.pdf

It seems it is a lidar model which can be run on the Akida 2 FPGA cloud.

Maybe the preprocessing step 2 could be utilized with the foveation of areas of interest of Luminar.

Only just stumbled on it today. There is a pdf brochure on it that has more info than the above but as I'm technically a eunuch, I don't know how to upload to here.
Edit: I'll stick with what I know. Found this link.

https://brainchip.com/lidar-point-cloud_lp/

Seems Lidar isn't all it can be useful for.

They were never IP only which you likely know already since you are so smart, they are too smart for that!

Your sarcasm post is quite smartly made up, well done, smart man.

There is a big chance our shares are going to get diluted before 2026 Q4. And btw how are they spending a whole year on mass production? I thought that process would be a lot faster. Especially now that they know there are customers. Competition from the big fish might catch us before out roll. Damn

I’ve noticed that you keep using words that could potentially discourage new investors… and your posts, not only this one, always carry a rather negative tone. I’m wondering why you do that? Terms like “dilution,” “a bigger player will catch us,” or “too slow”… You say you’re invested here and not shorting, but honestly, I find that hard to believe. I’m also frustrated, but mainly because of the share price. The company is making progress, yet it seems some people simply refuse to acknowledge that.

What’s your plan going forward, now that you’ve drawn all these conclusions for yourself?
